Audi Brooklyn

Overall a very good experiance. Originally we were just window shopping. When we went to the dealer, after a 5 minute of wait, we met our sales Rep (Rami). He did not rush us or bombard us with sales pitch. Instead he patiently showed us everything we wanted to see.
(s3,s4,A6,A7 & Q5.) We test drove the A6 and the Q5. Afterwards greeted by the GM (Leo).
Both helped us located the cars we wanted and worked out the numbers. We were still uncomfortable after having a bad experience with BMW service center in brooklyn. We were given the opportunity to visit the Audi service center and were able to meet with the service manager (Ertan). He explained the service process to us and gained our comfort level.
Went back to the dealership reviewed the numbers with finance manager (Mustafa) and walked away with both A6 & Q5.
The reason i would recommend this dealership is because it has good leadership. The staff are knowledgeable, respectful and professional. We didn’t get rushed or feel forced. We are happy with our purchase and experience.
This is how very luxury car brand should treat their customers. Many fail to realize they are not only selling a car but also the service. This Dealership gets it. Audi Brooklyn, thank you!

Although the purchasing experience was great, this review is for the incompetence of Audi’s Brooklyn service department. Here are the issues I experienced:
1. INCOMPETENT MECHANICS who cannot detect an obvious alignment issue during their initial test drive, and failed to detect a loose sub-​frame for several alignment visits! If I had took the mechanics word that I don’t need alignment and not insisted to put it on the rack and get a computer print-​out of the alignment specs, I would have drove off with bad alignment which would have then caused premature and unnecessary damage and wear on associated steering components, costing me more money. Computer print out ultimately showed alignment in the red, and mechanic in the wrong. ALWAYS INSIST ON COMPUTER DIAGNOSIS AND PRINT OUT OF BEFORE & AFTER Alignment Specs when doing alignments, even if mechanic says it’s OK and you feel it’s not. As it’s said, «Trust, But Verify».
2. LACKING AN IMPORTANT TOOL for proper alignment! They don’t have a steering wheel bubble level, they just center it by eye (you better pray the mechanic is isn’t tired, hung over, or having a bad day when he does this, and even then, he may center it crooked)! Here you are paying $ 200 for an alignment with laser precision machines and several hour wait, and when the mechanic has to set the steering center to match the wheels, he does this by eye, and often misses, so you end up having a crooked steering wheel when driving straight. They will usually give you all kinds of BS about road crowns, it’s in your mind, they don’t notice it, it’s performing as it should, etc. Don’t buy it if you feel something’s wrong, get it done right!
Anyway, this steering wheel bubble level tool is critical and it’s absurd that they don’t have it, this has caused me much frustration and about 5 visits (in 4 month period) and hundreds of $‘s in alignments until I, with no help from these «experts», finally figured out why my wheel was crooked, despite proper alignment specs. Save yourselves the headache, DO NOT go here to do alignment, go to a non-​dealer German auto specialist who uses a bubble level when setting the steering center.
3. INCOMPETENT, FAKE, UNPROFESSIONAL Service Manager. Mr. Steven B., is their «service manager» there, who I have had the displeasure of dealing with. At first, he comes off as a nice, friendly and calm person, but when you try to insist on the problem which he doesn’t see or agree with, or in my case, the continuous issues with the steering, he becomes visibly shaken, and angry, but tries to hold it in.
But that’s besides the point, Steve is totally incompetent and could not feel the steering was off center despite driving the car with me many times, and blamed me for being too sensitive to the car. He made it look like he’s trying to accommodate me, yet made me wait 5 hours on my 5^th visit to his dealership for the same issue, and STILL did not resolve this issue despite all the visits. Furthermore, Steven denied the sub-​frame of the car was loose, despite the mechanic clearly stating that in the work report. He further argued that alignment specs that were in the red are OK, and then said he regrets doing the alignment for me. This guy thinks he knows it all (p.s. he drives a Chevy, you’d think an AUDI manager would drive an AUDI, anyway…), and likes to argue with customers when they point out things that are wrong which he disagrees with. Horrible way to manage a business!
P. S. I was always calm and nice with him, yet he treated me like I was some kind of idiot, not a paying customer and an AUDI Driver. He took the steering wheel off and re-​positioned it a few splines over, messed with toe, etc. And nothing resolved it, because they didn’t have an obliviously simple and necessary bubble level tool. Even AUDI USA Rep who I spoke with on the phone agreed that it’s very strange how they would not have such a tool. Defies the purpose of an ALIGN-​ment.
I ended up calling a non-​dealer German Auto Specialist, who did have the proper alignment tools, and got everything done within 1 hour, the car has been driving great since, steering wheel is dead center and has stayed this way for much longer time.
If your alignment is off, use my experience to get it right again:
1. Don’t go to greedy dealers, go to passionate German auto shops.
2. Ensure they ALWAYS inspect, align and tighten the whole sub-​frame if loose BEFORE doing the alignment.
3. Ensure they have a steering wheel bubble level for setting steering center.
4. Ensure to get a Before and After printout of the specs.
5. Verify all alignment specs before you leave, ensure everything is in the green zone.
6. Test drive the car to your satisfaction before paying for the alignment to verify it’s done correctly.
Will not be going to AUDI Service Center in Brooklyn anymore, and do not recommend it to others.

Love this Audi dealership. We are now on our third Audi lease after several years and it has always been a relaxing, fun and enjoyable experience. We have always worked with Miguel and he is the absolute best. He is so professional and helpful, and always goes the extra mile to help us get what we want and need. Aside from the cars being spectacular, the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend Miguel and Audi!

We had Bianca help us out with test driving an A7. She was completely positive and a true professional. At the end of the day the price for the A7 was great and we almost pulled the trigger on it but ended up finding an A6 in the color we wanted somewhere else.
I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this dealership again.

The service department at Audi Brooklyn is wonderful! The waiting area has refreshments. The staff is always courteous and very helpful. My car was finished exactly when they said it would be. And they washed it for me!

the showroom is new and by brooklyn standards its gorgeous and contemporary. the floor selection is a bit lacking however. the staff is fairly friendly and they’re easygoing about a testdrive. the downside is that they’re not entirely honest about the prices and deals they can give. they tell you what the «LOWEST possible» price is but we then checked Audi of manhattan and they were able to knock an extra $ 3K for the same car. then this place’s response to that was «there was a miscommunication with the manager» but we can match that price…

My first review– Bay Ridge Audi has a Magnificent Showroom, Excellent Staff, White Glove Service — Five Stars!

Amazing, amazing and amazing staff and showroom. I was into Audi for a long time and with the service I had from the showroom just made things happen in an instant. Awesome showroom but not the servicing center on 3^rd Avenue. The servicing center is separate from the showroom and their service is very disappointing. For servicing go to the one in Manhattan. Great showroom, crappy servicing center.

I have to say the staff here is AMAZING! Nicholas H. in the Sales Department is knowledgeable, skilled and patient! A car dealership that works on getting you the right car for the right payment — Where are 10 STARS HERE! The young lady Victoria C. that works in the service department is one of the if not the most polite, patient and accommodating representative I’ve EVER had the pleasure to help me. When I called the service department to make an appointment she was not only helpful and knowledgeable — if she didn’t know the answer she put the Manager Anton on the phone! Car sales service can’t get better than this! The first time ever in life I came home from a car dealer with a smile — not a headache! Thank you for an amazing experience Audi of Brooklyn.

Coming back to update my review for Audi Brooklyn.
I decided to go back to pick up my floor mats and gift bags and was disappointed to find out that they ran out of shirts. We received new floor mats and goodies and walked out the door.
All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

The worst dealer audi repair shop i ever been to i have a 2013 a7 i got a warning that my acc sensor and brake gaurd not available they told me my sensor is cracked because my bumper was hit there is no physic
al damage to my bumper not a scrach they told me the part is not under warranty and i will have to pay $ 2700 to replace the part i took the car to another dealer in jersey they told me the sensor is not aligned correctly the realigned the sensor and now everything is perfect brooklyn audi charged me $ 157 for a dionostic because i didnt have it repaired there and audi of mendam nj charged me $ 150 to repair. …do the math.

I have been TOTALLY RIPPED OFF BY THIS DEALERSHIP AND ITS STAFF!
I purchased a mint Q7 and they delivered an extremely scratched up vehicle with more over 500 miles more than what was on the odometer statement and title. They now have the car and my money as since I am out of state I am being taken advantage of. They will not even take my calls now and I am beyond frustrated. I now have to get a lawyer involved unfortunately. they did agree to take it back but have not been in touch in weeks and are now leaving me totally hanging with no vehicle and out a lot of money!
They were to deliver the vehicle in 2 weeks and it took 6 weeks. Been 2 months now and I have nothing. This is the most absurd transaction I have ever been associated with and am just so upset. I’ll probably have to fly to NY to deal with these people which will just cost me more $ and time.

This is for Audi Service Dept.:
I’ve been here twice already and with both times I was completely satisfied with the service.
First off, their customer’s lounge has readings, tv, wifi, coffee/​tea, bagels, etc. to make ur wait comfortable.
Secondly, the advisors are polite and respectful. My advisor in particular, waited for me to pick up my car even after the service dept. was closed on a Saturday. He did not at any point rush me or tell me that the shop was closed, etc. I did not find out they were closed until I got there and saw him standing by my car with my keys waiting for me!!! Boy did i feel awful but so glad to see customer service at its best!!!
Lastly, i like the fact that the advisors sit in an open space. Ive had a bad experience with Bay Ridge Nissan in the past and it was especially due to the shady things they spoke about in a closed office door. So i feel much safer when i see opened space offices with advisors.
This will be my go to place for services!

We went to several Audi dealerships in Great Neck and Manhattan before visiting Audi Brooklyn. Chris Thomas gave us a difference car buying experience and went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel comfortable and ensure that the car we were looking for satisfies all our criteria. He even drove the SUV to our garage to make sure it fits into our assigned parking spot. We never felt any sales pressure throughout the entire process and the facility and extended team was top notch! Wonderful and efficient experience from beginning to end. Thanks Chris and Janet!

Leased a new A3 a few weeks ago and they have been great, easy going and professional. Miguel was great and took care of everything every step of the way.

My lease will be coming to an end so I am currently shopping around. I decided to take a walk into Audi and was greeted by Qiqi Chen. She was informative about the cars and answered all the questions I had.
Audi has great customer service and a beautiful showroom.

Stopped by with my friend because his lease is almost up and he is interested in an Audi. We were introduced to product specialist Qiqi Chen. She was very friendly and helpful. She patiently answered all our questions and wasn’t pushy at all. She made the car shopping process very enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised with her level of professionalism. I would definitely return to Qiqi at this dealership!

Amazing customer service. My parents and I went in to look for a new car. We met with Qiqi Chen and she took us out for a test drive. AMAZING!!! She answered all our questions and spoke to us about our concerns. Definitely recommend this dealership.

Absolute WORST Audi dealership of all time. Terrible customer service, as if they don’t care that you purchased one of their vehicles. The guy who sits in the desk when you first walk in thinks that he is better than everyone else. I’ve been here twice and both were miserable experiences.
I’ve learned my lesson. Next time I need something done with my car I will travel 20’miles to the next closest Audi dealership before I go within 10 feet of this place!

I bought a pre own certified audi A4 2011. Everything went straight, but they didn’t gave me the second copy of the key, telling that it will be shipped to my place later. It was not the case, I waited a few moths, called them a few times, no way to find who is the responsible for that. After I went to the shop, they send me to another shop where they do the actual service, they placed an order for my key, stating that it will be ready in a few weeks. After a few months waiting for their answer, I called them again. Same thing, the responsible for my order was not available, the redirect my call in several places, but nobody answered yet.
I’m still waiting for that key after 6 months, and overall I spend almost 40h of time between calling them multiple times and going there. it would be much cheaper to buy a new key from another dealer.
Definitively, I’ll never go back to that shop again.
