This company is great! I had so many real estate people calling my cell phone every day because I owed over $ 500,000 On my property and they told me that they wanted to buy it from the bank and give me a good deal. B & H took the time to thoroughly explain any and all questions and concerns about what was happening with my home. I was very upset that they were contacting me in the first place, I thought these types of people were a nuisance. But after speaking with them and meeting them for just 20 minutes they made me feel so good about the process and that everything would work out the way they said it would. Yani, Joe and Patrick helped me get through this seeming difficult process. They are all very intelligent and patient And I really felt that they had my best interests in mind the whole time, Something that I didn’t get a sense from with the other people in the real estate realm that had contacted me prior. If you find yourself in a similar situation that I described you should definitely call b & h success group! If only to stop all of the phone calls from everyone else! I can’t thank these people enough for helping me to eliminate my debt and finding me my new home and helping in every step of the process. I also cant wait to see what they’ve done with my old house when they finish remodeling it. They are the best!
