First off, they shouldn’t even get one star! They are slimy schemers! I needed an attorney for a tenant/​landlord issue (me being the landlord well prime tenant)! When I first went there, I sat with Robert who sold me the sun moon and stars!!! He talked so much shit (I’m realizing after the fact that him and his office didn’t hold up to their promises) They were so nice the first day, once they got the $ 2000 retainer fee for a holdover, their true colors showed!!! When I needed to call and ask questions (bc I never had to deal with something like this before) they brushed me off the phone with such a nasty, «I don’t give a shit about you attitude»! Since my tenant didn’t move out by the 30^th day, I had to go to court! I was ONLY told about the court date bc I had to call the office. No one contacted me by phone nor mail! I was told court was at 2pm. I get to the court house to only find out my case was at 9:30 am!!! I also wasn’t notified that they transferred my case to another attorney from a different office (that I never spoke to about my case) got my case adjourned!!! GREAT THANKSSSS! Thanks for sending someone who knows nothing about my case to represent me!!! I call the office to find out why a lawyer from another office is representing me and Edward Hall took my call. He yelled at me and belittled me thru out the entire conversation! I told him its against the law to give my case to another attorney without my permission. After that comment, he got so nasty with me! My second court date… Edward Hall (the nasty attorney) was there to represent me! First off he was outside the court house, dressing himself in front of everyone waiting to go in!!! YES DRESSING HIMSELF!!! Really? So sloppy! And unprofessional!!! Once we got in, he took me and my tenant to the side and proceeded to ask her what she wanted! Ummm excuse me… I paid you to represent me not her! Every time I went to talk he shhhhhhhhhed me! WTF??? How dare you embarrass me like that in front of my tenant?! He than bullied me into signing a stipulation that I was not happy about! My tenant lied and played all of us and I knew what she was up too but Edward Hall would not even let me talk!!! So in my eyes… THEY ARE THE WORST ATTORNEYS IN THE WORLD!!! Don’t ever use them if your the landlord! They have no idea what they are doing! Horrible!!! Disgusting!!! I am reporting them too!!!

Can’t understand all the bad feedback. He was always available for my call. He was truly the expert I needed. He worked my case with better then expected results.

He needs a negative one to infinity and beyond. I wouldn’t recommend any Landlord to hire these back alley rats. I went there to start a case against my tenants and they tried to fast talk me into signing a retainer. Scribbling out information on the retainer. Why not just have the receptionist retype it? He refused. The information on here is accurate and he needs a lesson in customer service. While reading the retainer he slams a pen on the table and asked me am I ready to sign it yet? I said give me a minute to read this. He walked out the conference room and came back a minute later. Are you ready yet?
Save your money and time! Research someone that will help you feel good about this process. LL already have enough stress to deal with prior to coming there. Your job is to make us feel at ease and assure us we’re in good hands. If you’re a push over they will beat you all in your head like a sales man and grab all your coins. $ 1500 for a hold over. $ 750 upfront and $ 750 after 30 days if they don’t move out. Marshall fees are not included. It wasn’t a bad price, just not a good first impression.

We called Robert Rosenblatt after being referred to him by way of AVVO. He asked us to email the judgment that we intend to appeal. When we called him to ask if he had received the judgment, he said that my husband’s mother would be evicted by the end of the month and that there was nothing he could do. In the judgment we sent him, it clearly appears that my husband’s mother died two years ago which proves that this lawyer cannot read! He also said he has sent us an email. As we had received nothing, we asked him to send it again. He then said (after he had said that he could do nothing for us) that he would only do so if we paid a retainer of 500 USD, although he says in his posts on this page that he always gives a free consultation in his office.
I’ll leave it to you, reader, to decide whether you would want to call this lawyer.

Horribles lawyer! If Unilocal have a 0 star review that’s what I will give them. After hearing and seeing good review in other sites I decided to give them a change but that was the worse mistake I could ever do. All they care is the money and since I hired them 6months ago all it was excuses! Didn’t even wanna tell me about my case and the owner of the law firm so RUDE and obnoxious! I’m pretty sure all the office they have opened is from taking advantage of non speaking English Asians. I would NEVER recommend this place. PLEASE STAY out!!!

I called this attorney based on the great reviews he had. He did not even let me speak! He was RUDE, obnoxious and totally disrespectful. I would never refer such an attorney who lacks the professionalism and courtesy to speak to someone as an adult, none the less a human being! I would NEVER hire this guy!

I am a Landlord with section-​8 holdover i’ve been trying to evict for well over a year. A hired this firm to do the job in January 2012, i got an eviction judgement against the tenant in April 2012 it’s now February 2013 and the tenant is still in the apartment. These people are very unprofessional the associate attorney’s are either fresh out of school or don’t know what there doing. I have had two other section-​8 hold over cases in past years where i used different attorneys and it only took 6 months max to get those previous tenants out. I think these people purposely screwed up the case to ensure some type of payments for their court appearance. they also quote and Bill/​send conflicting court fees in contract they indicate fees $ 125 but send $ 150 in mail. Be warned.

Used these guys for evictions of 4 tenants. They were spot on, perfect, personable, professional and did a hell of a job!
From the time I began working with them to the the time the tenants were out, was a span of 4 months max. Their prices are competitive and really affordable.
Should we ever become landlords again, we will have these guys on Speed Dial.
