Bank of America

They are open in fact until 5 pm, but the internet says they have to work until 6pm. very unplaisant lady is working here, she was closing the retailer area today and was not nice at all the costumers. Bank of America, you have to really teach your representatives how to talk to the costumers !!!

A ok place! ATMs work fine, close to subway, not crowded, pretty clean, never had problems with service.

ATMs are not working properly there. One accepts cash, another doesn’t. Very confusing.

Usually this location is fine. I go there when others close at 4 and this one is open till 6. Today though the service at the front desk was awful. It was a long line of clients at the front desk trying to be added to her list to get to the banker. The hostess was really rude to a woman in front of me. The woman was asking a simple question about stopping payment and she was not getting an answer to it, she was completely calm and polite. On the other side, the front desk woman was saying phrases like: «you are interrupting me, listen to me, you are not listening». I knew the answer to the client question and I heard that she was not getting one from the greeter at the bank. So that worker was holding all people to sign up to the line while «answering» like 10 minutes to this woman question. Next was me and I was also getting rude answers for no reason, only I was able to tell her that she’s rude and not providing a simple fine service.
