One bright spot in Atlantic Terminal. I have a serious addiction to candles and different «smell goods» so I’ve been coming in for the past few months to sample different scents. The store has much to offer ranging from lotions to shower gels to candles, to body sprays. There’s a huge variety from fruity to earthy smells. My favorites are the stress relief scents.
The customer service at this location is always friendly and attentive. Bath & Body Works Atlantic Terminal, please never leave me!

It is usually super cowded and the lines are long. Best to shop at Bath and Body when they have a sale. Well, they always have sales. but when what you want is on sale. Which btw the same people who make their stuff makes Victoria Secret’s body washes/​lotions so if they aren’t having a sale on body washes/​lotions good idea to see if Victoria Secret which is a few doors down is. Anyways great store if you have the patience for the crowds and can find what you want at a reasonable price.

I love the newly-​renovated or redesigned store. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist customers on the store floor. I love the scents that fill the air. There are just so many products that I wish I had the space to house it all. The scented hand sanitizers… I love. The new car and wallflower scents are ingenious. The discounts are always a crowd-pleaser…I’d advise against shopping closer to the holiday season due to long lines. I was surprised they ran out of lip gloss on the day I visited. I cannot choose my favorite scent,.there are just too many that smell oh so good.

I love this particular Bath and Body Works. The employees here are incredibly friendly and are very helpful if you need assistance. I was here recently and needed to pick out a gift for a friend. One of the employees made a lot of great suggestions as to what I could get her and eventually helped me pick out a gift set.
My only complaint is that this place is always so crowded. Since the store is so small it makes it difficult to maneuver through the store if you are trying to browse.

Whenever I think about this store, I instantly get a headache.
I am fairly certain that every employee that works in this location is given some type of happy drug before they enter the store. Maybe it’s the intense fumes from all the scented candles and lotions, or maybe they’re just insane. Either way, these guys are floating on a happy cloud.
I personally hate this place, but a friend of mine drags me in here about once a month. My job is to stand on the ridiculously long line while she shops for whatever new scent doesn’t burn her nostrils.
Why is the line so long? This is another strange occurrence. There are usually 5 people doing checkout and no matter what, I’m on line for about 10 – 15 minutes. Also, the line is just stupid. Right after you pay, you have to squeeze yourself and your bag full of terribly over scented crap between a customer who is at the checkout next to you and a huge pillar in the middle of the store.
Besides for all the annoying crap, this store is exactly what you’d expect from a B&BW. They’re prices are pretty good and they always have coupons. Even if you don’t have a coupon, they’ll give you a discount. Now that I’ve ranted, I can admit that I like their foamy soaps. Some of them… one of them.maybe.

Very friendly atmosphere. Lovely lovely workers, willing to help, and are easy going. It’s very crowded here when they have good sales and around holidays. The lines are long, but thats what happens when magic is happening. Overall, nice experience.

My go-​to B&BW !
I came here with my friend, and we were greeted really nicely by the employees, which usually is annoying because you’d think that they’re going to follow you around… but they didn’t!
My friend and I browsed around since there were all these sales and we ended up buying some hand sanitizers and candles, and some hand crème.
While looking for some of the hand crème, I wasn’t able to find it for my scent so I asked an employee, and he and another employee helped as well. It turned out that I was blind (for it was right in front of me)
But they employees were glad to have helped me which is nice compared to some B&BWs I’ve been to where the staff were either too tired to care about you, or doesn’t want to help you since they think the scents are all on display and we should just look for them instead of asking

Nice store. Crowded, since people love shopping here. Clean and lots of scents and options to choose from. Great sales and attentive sales associates who are willing to accommodate you with what you’re looking for. It reopened last October. I tried paying for thr least expensive items to get the most expensive ones free, but it doesn’t work that way!

Great looking store, convenient location, and MOST OF ALL, seriously attentive and helpful staff. You almost dont feel like youre in Brooklyn. Everyone was very informed and what they dont know, they find out for you. Keep it up!

This is one of my favorite bath and body works. The staffs there are amazing, kind and always assist you. They are the reason why I go to Atlantic Terminal.

It’s been such a long time sine I’ve been here. But the gift card I received from my sister was a nice excuse to treat myself to some goodies after feeling miserable with this cold I just got over. It reminded me just how much I like their aromatherapy line and C.O. Bigelow lip moisturizers. The store was super crowded. And I felt like I may have dropped something as I maneuvered my way around the store. Checking out wasn’t too long of a wait, thankfully.

This was a nice location of Bath & Body Works inside a bustling shopping center. The staff were kind and friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they were out of HandiBac Antibacterial Hand Lotion so hopefully they will get more soon!
Bath & Body Works is great since they have so many wonderful coupons so be sure to get on their emailing list before visiting so you can come prepared with coupons.

Sales going on all the time, $ 10 off $ 40 if you check in on foursquare, coupons every time you purchase something, free testers for everything, excellent service — what more could you want? Well, I guess I would want it to smell less intense because it can be a little dizzying, but that can’t be helped.
I normally don’t review places like this, but I just wanted to draw attention to the wonderful service I got here :) The first person I approached was really nice and friendly, and then she passed me off to Lizzeth, who was REALLY nice and friendly. She gave good advice for foot and hand lotions and I feel like I had a real, normal conversation with her while getting very useful help. Yay!

Friendly staff and always available to assist me with my needs. The store is extremely small however. I must purchase hand soaps here at least 2 or 3 times a year and I definitely use my coupons to get a free signature item such as lotion or spray.

The staff was really helpful with suggestions and scents. I really enjoyed my first visit to a Bath & Body Works in years.

Let is be said that I basically loathe Atlantic Terminal Mall with every fiber of my being. Still, I find this Bath & Body Works to be one of it’s shining beacons.
Though the store is relatively small, it is well stocked with a helpful staff, always willing to help me find the right lotion or body spray to help me smell like a 14 year old teenage girl wearing Hollister and jeggings.
(Oh, come on. It’s fun to indulge!)

The store from hell!
DO NOT ENTER during evening, seasonal or weekend shopping periods because you WILL encounter violence from the many agitated female shoppers hoarding into this tiny Atlantic Terminal store. and you WILL get angry at the lack of customer service from the girls who work there who hang around doing nothing. If you can’t go in the daytime go to another branch. Believe me, it’s worth it.

I found the exact candle that the guy in the Forest Hills branch was talking about, but it’s called Homemade Cookies. It’s really good, and they should have it year round.

This small store inside the Atlantic Ave Terminal is good if you know what you want just to come in and go.
The employees aren’t friendly but they aren’t ignorant to a customer’s needs.
It’s small (not much moving space), overcrowded, but there is some organization (though seldom) of the products. I don’t shop at B&BW because it isn’t my cup of tea, but I accompanied my friend here. The prices are normal but some of the smells the company promotes are horrible!
