The place used to be very good I was there for a few month. They used have a trainer that was there pretty much everyday. He was great, professional, and very helpful in every aspect. Now he left and it jus went down the coaches are not very good. The owner is very rude and not helpful. He is also one of the coaches. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone.

One of my favorite places to be on a daily basis. The coaches are really helpful and so are all of the members. Had seen amazing results and have been in the best shape of my life since joining 4 months ago an highly recommend to anyone who wants to get in shape. This is not your traditional gym which turns into a boring routine but rather a spot you can’t wait to go and train at.

Wonderful staff and very friendly coaches! I took a beating on my drop-​in visit. But the coach and the trainers where there to help me & make sure I finished. I can’t say anything bad. If I was living in Brooklyn, I would seriously consider joining! Keep it up guys!

I have a great time at BRCF. The trainers do a great job of mixing motivation with encouragement. I always feel like they’re pushing me to do a little bit more. I was only taking 10 classes a month, but I just increased to unlimited classes. I’ve already lost 15 lbs. through changing my diet and working out at BRCF. I highly recommend this Crossfit Gym. It’s the best in Brooklyn!

I am absolutely addicted to this place. All coaches are amazing, they explain very well, very professional and always ready to help. I’ve been doing all types of yoga for the past 5 years but I never thought that CrossFit could be therapeutical as much yoga, but in different way of course. You’ll need mind and body strength to make it through most of the WODs (love and hate type of thing) Sometimes tears might even come before you done with the last set. For me it works as Anger Managment type of therapy, I try to push myself, I curse in Russian lol but in the end, once I scrape myself off the floor, I feel really proud of what I just accomplished.

Great gym, great instructors. Nobody makes you feel out if place and you work at your own level until you build up and can match others. You get a work out as if you had a personal trainer but at a fraction of the cost.

Wow just joined and all i have to say is wowza. You will never feel out of place, you will never be in better shape than the WOD’s that are given by the instructors, and everyone knows you’re name and pushes you. Every day feels like going to a different amusement park without know what the featured rides are. Thank you Tommy, Mike, Mike, & Vinny

I only went to the free intro class, but I can honestly admit there’s never been a time that I felt as motivated as I did during this short workout. Not only that, but I left feeling pretty accomplished.
The trainer explained everything thoroughly and actually remembered everyone’s name so while we did our workout, he would individually call out names (I thought that was pretty cool).
After the workout was over, there was no pressure to sign up for anything, however, I immediately did, I figured I would go all in.
Can’t wait to continue this journey.

Fantastic operation! I was tempted to join a regular gym like NYSC or Harbour, but didn’t have any buddies to go with. I first saw CrossFit walking down 3^rd avenue. Looking in their garage door, everyone in there looked exhausted and incredibly fit. I joined 2 days later. I’ve already attended 13 classes (W.O.D.‘s) and am becoming quite fit. Excellent trainers, great facility, and a cool, friendly vibe where people actually know each other’s name. Huge neighborhood addition and fairly priced. Most classes range from 5 – 12 people, with 2 or so trainers. Lots of one on one pointers and training. Last but not least. Regardless of previous fit levels, you will sweat, complain and feel like death after each class. This is of course followed by a complete sense of accomplishment and euphoria.

Huge fan of this new addition to the neighborhood. I started going in late February/​Early March and I am hooked. The trainers are very friendly and encouraging. They are all great teachers who work hard to figure out what skill level you are at and help build you up to where you want to be. The prices are reasonable and its the best work out in the area.

Energized new gym with an upbeat and aggressive attitude. In the evenings you can see the instructors running their recruits around the block! A welcome addition to the nabe!
