I have been bringing my cars and trucks to this shop for over twenty years Rick has always been very fair with the prices but u have to compare Apple’s to Apple’s every transmission is different so prices always vary I just had had my 2000 Dakota rebuilt had a small problem with it rick took care of it right away no problems. Great work! I’m very satisfied. I brought my car to Rick and his guys shortly before Hurricane Sandy. The transmission finally crapped out on my 11 year old Honda. After shopping around, I brought it to BRT on Thursday and Rick said he could get it done (rebuilt) by Monday. He explained everything to me in clear detail, and even threw in an engine mount change that needed to be done. After the hurricane, the gas crisis hit and I needed a car on Friday for a wedding that weekend. Rick and his guys stayed late to get it done on that first night just so that I would be able to make it. They got the whole thing done in a day and a half!!! Its been about 5 or 6 weeks now and the car hasn’t felt this nice in years! And it was all at a very reasonable price. I would surely recommend Bar Ridge Transmissions to my family and friends.
