Very frustrating experience. No prices of anything in store. Items I ordered were promised to come in a few days, didn’t come for weeks. Store gives run arounds. .Project delayed for months due to their holds on getting fixtures to you. Do not trust contractors that recommend this store. Owner pays them a referral fee. This has been confirmed by contractor. What’s going to happen is you will order something and be told by owner and his assistant that you’ll get it in 1 – 2 weeks. Instead, you’ll get it in 4 months, but your money will be tied inand owner will refuse to give you a refund. Owners are russian, you should not expect anything better. Also owner is very nice before you pay him, but turns into a jerk after he has your money in the pocket.

We ordered a sink, from the website, 3 weeks ago. Since then, I can’t get any information from them. No follow-​up, no email, no tracking number, no delivery. They don’t answer the phone, usually. When they do, I get some bogus diversion (next week, call tomorrow, etc.)
Now, our counter top needs to be fabricated, and we’re stuck without knowing if the sink will actually come.
I don’t know if this business is a scam, or not. Sure acts like one.
