First, a shout-out to Unilocal.When my mom had mangled the wrong key into a Bisley file cabinet, I looked up the company and found the terrific Unilocal reviews about replacement keys. Now, a huge thank you to Aaron Sloane at Bisley. When I contacted him at the New York office, Aaron asked me a few questions and then assured me he could order a replacement key, although it could take up to two weeks since the company was in the UK. He forwarded my email to Chitra, Design & Client Services, who immediately contacted me for additional info. I will send a check tomorrow and the order will be placed. I haven’t had such amazing and courteous customer service in a long, long time.

Great service. Lost a key to a cabinet purchased at the container store. I made one phone call, received an email invoice within half an hour, put a check in the mail for $ 3.30 the replacement cost, two days later received the key. Very polite and quick service.

Nice file cabinets. Amazing customer service! I lost the key to my file cabinet and figured I’d probably never be able to lock it again. 10:00 am: I emailed the general Bisley customer service email not knowing if I’d ever hear from them 11:00 am: I get a call from a friendly Bisley rep(thanks, A.S.) in NY saying he got my email and telling me what I needed to provide to them to get a replacement key 11:10 am: My faith in the goodness of man and decency of customer service departments everywhere is restored. I guess it’s true what they say — you get what you pay for. With Bisley I got a fabulously sturdy(yet sleek) file cabinet and wonderful customer service.
