I tried Booqoo Beignets for the first time at the Grub Street food fair. The fluffy, warm, white powdered desserts were delicious. It was very much needed for a cool autumn’s day. I regret not trying the caramel sauce:(

Delicious! So da*n good! And the sauces (!) are amazing! I have been hoping to see them at Vendy Plaza on Sundays but luckily had a few samples at the Vendy Awards :) now I just want more!

These French-​style fritters made from yeast dough are perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy and chewy on the inside, and buttery all around. Even better, these beignets are made with unbleached flour, cage free eggs, organic dairy products, and all natural ingredients.
