The BEST neighborhood bakery I’ve ever tried. Baguettes, rolls, cream puffs, cakes… everything is so delicious. Prices are very reasonable, and girls are always friendly and helpful. I had to move to another neighborhood and miss their bread a lot.

I love this place. This is my go to for a snack. I sent my non English speaking father inlaw to get me a pizza. He called me and handed his phone to a women who helped me. She was so nice to take the call and get my order.

Real pastries! I am a chocoholic and this spot never lets me down. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Best bread I ever had, I love that they make sandwiches, pizzas, and garlic knots better than a pizzeria. Every time that time of the month comes around this is my home haha (:

The food here is beyond fantastic; everything is fresh and delicious. Their personal size pizzas are the perfect size for lunch and you can get one with a variety of toppings. Their chicken rolls and sausage rolls are my other go-​to. Also, I can’t leave with place without grabbing a few lard prosciutto sticks. I don’t have much of a sweet tooth but have tried their cakes and their chocolate chip cookies; both were tasty.
The employees are friendly and efficient. However, this place is tiny and it gets beyond packed at times. There have been points where I’ve walked by and decided not to because just looking inside at the crowd gave me anxiety. Also, it irritates me that they’re cash-​only. There is zero excuse for an establishment to refuse card in 2016.

I’ve lived in this neighborhood for years & when this place first came around, it was a gd send, & it still is till now! I am obsessed with the prosciutto sticks– something about them when they just bring them out– I love it. Even though the variety is limited, there’s more than enough for everyone to choose from. The pizza’s are a great go to. & their ready made sauces are amazing! I love coming here every morning

Authentic, clean, and reliable bakery with many Italian pastries. I love their cannolis and Napoleon pastries. When in need of a cake, I usually get their creamy American cheesecake (TO DIE FOR) or their fresh fruit tart. I also come here often for their fresh personal pizzas and their rolls (eggplant is my favorite). The staff is super friendly and always helpful and accommodating. This is the only bakery I’ve been to since they’ve opened years ago!

This is not my first time coming to this pizzeria/​bakery, but after getting a strawberry shortcake for my niece’s graduation party I had to write a review. The cake had a fresh filling that with bits of real strawberry and moist yet not soggy layers with a light smooth creamy topping. My wife ate a personal pizza with caramelized onions while we waited and loved the crust. This place can hold its own as a bakery or pizza shop. This 2 in 1 gem is definitely worth a visit.

This is the only place close to my job with decent food. I have gone here for breakfast and lunch and was not disappointed. I have tried the sandwiches which you are allowed to buy half and the pizzas. The desserts are good as well and pretty addictive.
The first thing that I ever tried here was the lard bread and it is still one of my favorite things. More recently I have added the garlic knots to things that I love.
I wish they took cards as having cash is not always convenient. Delivery would be nice and sometimes the service Is a little slow…

Got a cheesecake for Mother’s Day, the cake was decorated nicely. The taste was fresh but unfortunately, they used moldy raspberries on the cake. Very disappointed with this place.

It’s honestly so hard to find an Authentic Italian bakery nowadays. This is my go to spot ! I have been coming here since the day they opened and I am very satisfied. Pastries and cakes are always fresh, the creams, etc. keep it up guys.

I’m not sure about the other reviews… maybe people don’t get out much, or don’t go to bakeries very often.
Bread plus… let’s address some of the issues:
The food:
Hmm, for a bakery, it could be better. The pasteries are hit and miss, that’s for sure. The heros and pizza, well, why is a bakery making heros and pizza? It’s weird right? Taste them, and you’ll be able to tell they shouldn’t be part of the menu. Someone mentioned freshly baked bagels… if you’re in brooklyn and you think break plus has fresh bagels «to die for»…well, you haven’t experienced bagels.
The service:
The workers always seemed nice, sometimes busy, but nice.
I do like there coffee.

Read reviews on Unilocal,before heading out to this pastry shop. It was out of the way for us, as we drove around at night looking for this place. We finally got there after a few twist and turns. The chocolate croissant was sold out, but something else in the cakes display caught my eyes. Got the Pumpkin cheesecake, a strawberry tart, and Unilocalers recommendation of the Lobster tail. The pumpkin cheesecake was better than I expected. Pricing is decent compared to Villabate or Remini.

They have a great selection for breakfast and lunch. I have never had a bad experience here. The prices are very reasonable especially for the portions they give. Being that this is primarily a bakery it’s amazing that the food is so good.
The cakes, pastries and all sorts of desserts look incredible. What great artists they have here.
