My daughter is starting her 4th year of dancing. The first two years she danced in recreational classes. I was so pleased that they made her a beautiful dancer. She loved her classes and teachers so much, she joined the competition team last year and again this year. It’s really a family atmosphere whether in the recreational classes or on the comp team. It’s a good environment for the kids. With only 2 and half years of dance experience, she was able to get into a middle school with her dance talent and I credit that to the great teachers and staff at the Brooklyn a Dance Centers.

My daughter and I both danced at the Brooklyn Dance Centers. When I was searching for a dance school to enroll my daughter in back when she was 2. I was super excited to find out that BDC is still around and being able to have my daughter take lessons from the same dance teacher I had. Especially nowadays with business come and go so quickly, it is a great privilege to see a local dance school stay open for over 32 years. My daughter started as a bunny rabbit on stage and eventually became a part of the competition team. For my daughter and I it is not only a place for her to dance, but it is also where she made a group of her closest friends, second family and built a close knit community. Not only the director is great with little kids, she also gives back a lot to the community. The competition team performs at senior homes, charity events and summer strolls to bring entertainment and good causes to the public. If you are looking for a dance studio for your child to attend, this is the place to be. They offer a variety of dance genres, such as acro, ballet, contemporary, hip hop, jazz, modern, tap and many more!
