Dr Rashmi and her staff are simply the best!!! My daughter didn’t like dentist until we met Dr. Rashmi who is very kind and carrying doctor. She always listens to our concerns, doesn’t take unnecessary x-​rays, is very helpful and always nice to children. With smile on her face she greets her patients. She always explains what she is doing and provides helpful information for the parents. Office is very clean, staff is nice. Highly recommended.

After spending many months trying to find the right specialist for my issue, and, not being able to trust my oral health to anyone, one day, I walked into Brooklyn Orthodontics. It felt good right from the front desk. Within 5 minutes, I was in the dental chair, and, after another 5, speaking to a wonderful Dr. Mo (as everyone here calls him). Dr. Mohammed Al-​Janabi is part scientist, part Willy Wonka. He listens carefully, knows your issues, looks at your problems from your own point of view, at the same time being always cheerful and very supportive. No wonder he charmed all the kids in the neighborhood! As for me, it’s been 7 months, and, so far, nothing but pleasure coming to this office. Needed quick corrections a couple of times, received help instantly. So, without question, giving a 5 !!!

We are very happy with Brooklyn Orthodontics! Everyone is very warm and nurturing and the office is spotlessly clean. My son sees Dr. AlJanabi, who has a lot of knowledge about my son’s favorite video games (very important to a 12 year old). The appointments are always very pleasant and I trust the skills of Dr. AlJanabi and his staff.

Take it from this Elite Unilocaler who is not paid to review or a disgruntled patient. Brooklyn Orthodontics provides great service, I can’t complain at all. The office is very modern and clean. They have great communication, constant call reminders and text. The staff is young and friendly. There is ample street parking in the area but don’t forget to feed the meters. My girlfriend has had issues with the orthodontics appointment but the general dentistry with Dr. Rashmi is pretty solid. She’s the best!

My daughter use to be scared of the dentist until we found this one. Love the staff, love the dentist. Very happy environment!

From the moment you enter the office, you sense the calm, order and cleanliness of this unique orthodontist’s office in Brooklyn. From the front staff, to the pediatric dentist to the technicians in the back, and especially Dr. AlJanabi, everyone is professional and courteous. Dr. Rashmi, the pediatric dentist is extremely patient, fun and humorous, all of which are necessary characteristics of a pediatric dentist. Also, the orthodontist, Dr. Mohammad AlJanabi is very polite, professional and as my 10 year old described «cool». Thank you Brooklyn Orthodontics for giving my kids an excellent (and non-​traumatizing) experience so they enjoy returning every time!

I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Rashmi. My son had his first visit and he felt so comfortable. Dr Rashmi is a sweetheart and so knowledgable. She took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to my son & myself. She was so gentle and caring. The staff are just as sweet and friendly. Not to mention they have a cool treasure chest box the child gets to pick a toy from. The office was so clean & modern. I can’t wait to take my kids back in July for their check ups.

My son went to Dr. Rashmi for a routine check up, I hope that she wouldn’t find anything, but of course, my 5 year old had a cavity. That is when I became nervous fearing that he would scream, cry and kick. From the first moment he sat in the dental chair, he did no such thing. Dr. Rashmi greeted him in her gentle ways and told him everything she was going to do before she did it which put him at ease. When she injected the local anesthetic he did not budge and thus tolerated the cavity filling without a problem. It was such a pleasant experience for me and him. I am so glad I found her and will continue to bring my 3 children to her.
In addition to the wonderful care, the office is also beautiful, well kept and the staff are amazing people.

It was my first time to this office yesterday and I must say: this place is beautiful, very pleasant décor, staff extremely friendly and Dr. Al-​Janabi is AWESOME! I am very impressed with this office! My son is nervous at the dentist and Dr. Al– Janabi made him feel comfortable from the hello to the goodbye. As soon as we walked out into the waiting room my son looked at me and said mom i like him! It is very rare to find a place that has the full package, I am glad I found it. ! I highly recommend this place!

I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Korban. He was knowledgeable, attentive to my concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. I was worried, but it went smoothly and the recovery period was quick. Recommend him highly.
Now I’m going to Dr. AlJanabi for braces, and he is fantastic! Great bedside manner, accommodating, and I trust that he is honest and concerned with what’s best for me. Just a wonderful doctor overall.
I love this office. The whole team makes you feel welcome, and it’s always a pleasant experience.

My boys have been seeing Dr Rashmi for 3 years. They love her and even look forward to their visits to the dentist. She takes time to explain every thing to them. It makes them feel important and takes away any fears they have. She talks to them in a way that is easy for them to understand and follow her instructions. After each visit, they feel even more motivated to take great care of their teeth. We are so fortunate to have her as our pediatric dentist.

In my quest for the most awesome and perfectly straight teeth, I wound up in Dr Mo’s office in Brooklyn. This Unilocaler is willing to travel to get the best
It’s a 20 min drive from LIC/​Astoria — no problem for a Sat morning. Small commuting price to pay for teeth so straight you could line em up and play dominoes with them.
The awning is large and clear — nice logo. The Brooklyjn Bridge as part of the design — I get it, very clever. Upon entry, office looks brand spanking new, clean and modern. Front desk very hospitable — told her my name and I was in after 35s wait. I got things to do and places to go. I’m making moves like Pablo Escobar — know what I’m saying?
Dr Mo was professional, cracked a few corny jokes, we talked about sports, and I got my Invisalign on — straight teeth and I’m not showing an ounce of metal — he understands what this working professional needs! They tight but what do you expect? Minor discomfort to have the smile of the stars — like Burt Reynolds or Donald Trump.
Price was customary for what other orthodontists were charging. They take my cc, so you know I’m gettin my hotel and airline points all the while looking good to hit the scene.
5 star review for this orthodontist — clean modern office, friendly staff, quality work, and he got my &ss out of there ASAP! This Unilocaler ain’t got no time to play! Well maybe a little after my teeth aren’t so crooked!

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Rashmi since her first dental appointment and she loves it, she is actually excited to go to the dentist (if only that were true for the rest of us!) to have her «princess teeth» checked and cleaned. Dr. Rashmi is very calm and knowledgeable, she knows how to put he children and parents at ease. Highly recommend!

My daughter, Siena, has been seeing Dr. Rashmi Ambewadikar for a couple of years now … and to say that she loves her would be an understatement! Siena is very vigilant about brushing her teeth two times a day and, in her words, «not to eat too much candy» because she wants to impress Dr. Rashmi with her «pearly whites.» My son, James, recently visited Brooklyn Smiles for his first visit (at 19 months). We were prepping for a meltdown, but Dr. Rashmi’s calming, friendly nature made it a breeze. Dr. Rashmi — and the entire Brooklyn Smiles staff — are incredibly kind, gentle and amazing with children. I cannot recommend them enough!

We love Brooklyn Smiles! My daughter, Gloria, has been a patient of Dr. Rashmi’s since she was 11 months old. Dr. Rashmi is incredibly warm and friendly, knowledgeable, and is especially great at disarming nerves. She has also given us really great tips for setting up good habits in between visits. The office is lovely and super clean. I know Gloria will not grow up with dentist anxiety (like her mom!) being under such great care at Brooklyn Smiles.
