Spent 15 minutes on hold just trying to cancel an appt. Can’t imagine what it’s like to actually go to the office.

1 star for Dr. Weiss, who was smart and nice. The rest was pretty horrible. You could easily spend 4 – 5 hours at this place if you don’t speak up. The staff is horribly unprofessional, will make you wait and ignore you, meanwhile chatting on their phones and congregating at the desk eating together. The place seemed dirty. I would probably go back to Dr. Weiss if he wasn’t at this establishment, but I’ll have to pass — if things are that gross and disorganized where patients can see it, can you imagine what we can’t see?

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I never give reviews, but I’ve been helped by Unilocal so much i felt a responsibility to do so. This is NOT a place where you go for medical care. It is NOT. After a FIVE hour wait, the Dr. looks like a politician, and spends like 2 minutes with you. The place is new, it looks like a place built specifically to handle lawsuits and find problems where there are none. It is horrible, horrible, horrible. I cannot believe I was referred here.

I wish I could give no stars. If you come here be prepared to wait two hours before you’re even seen, while listening to the receptionists yell at each other. An absolutely miserable place. If you need an orthopedic surgeon I recommend Dr. Jeffrey Kaplan on E 56th St.

The staff at check-​in are caustic & rude. The waiting room is filthy with garbage strewn about. There seems to be a general lack of organization and appreciation for patients or their time here.
My appointment with Dr. Raz Winiarsky was for 2pm today from a referral. I got here 15 min early to fill out the usual forms that are typical for new patients. At 4:30 pm a nurse/​staff called my name to inform that there were still two patients ahead of me and would I like to reschedule because they anticipated closing before I could be seen.
Needless to say, I requested my X-​rays back and left. What a Joke! My advice, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! ={
