Led by craftsman extraordinaire Paul Mulvaney, our team includes skilled carpenters, plumbers and electricians, who specialize in interior renovations, including creating comfortable, customized kitchens, bathrooms and other living spaces.

Brownstone Design Build grew out of the Property Management business known throughout Brooklyn as Brownstone Management. Managing over 60 properties over 6 years, we’ve done it all. From cleaning and handyman services, thru bathroom and complete apartment renovations, our experienced team is ready to work for you.
