I wish I would have checked Unilocal before heading here, instead just googled time since this would’ve been my third trip since moving. Thought they closed at 11, got there at 9:40 and it was too late.

Was just at this location to pick up my laundry and «they close at 9:30pm» I was told. Don’t trust the time posted on Unilocal or on their door. It definitely does not say 9:30pm smh.

I’ve been here a few times and their wash & fold service is great. Never had a problem!

Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. The first time I came here my clothes got stuck in the washing machine and it took the attendee 30 minutes to get my wet clothes out. They were wet but were not washed, so I had to wait for them to wash while my other clothes were almost dry. Annoying.
My second visit here, they had NO CHANGE! I have never been to a laundromat with no change. There was a sign up that read we have no change, we can’t break your bills or nothing.
Needless to say I will be finding another laundromat to use. Going to the laundromat is already a chore and not worth the frustration of using this one.

They no longer have 24 hour service here and the few hours they do offer service it’s horrible. Been here to wash clothes many times since moving to this side of bk and here is why I won’t be coming back.
1) seems to be a consistent cart shortage
2) they offer plastic laundry baskets that you can use at your own risk because they look as if they are never cleaned. Looks like they use these for drop off service too
3) change machine is always out of order AND they never have enough (coin or paper) change in-​house.
4) employees are walking around cleaning often and they love to leave dirty mop/​water buckets reeking of bleach l in the aisles to prove they indeed cleaned
5) got to listen to a stupid tangent from a black guy hawking $ 5 bootleg DVDS because he was not getting the support from his people of his illegal business. But if he were an Asian women his people would be quicker to spend. Right on cue, Asian woman selling same DVDS for $ 4 or 3 for $ 10 sans tangent.
5) the last straw for me was having to come and help my sister in law rush and get her 4 bags of laundry out of running dryers because the place MUST be closed by midnight no matter what. So the owners where calling the employee in charge numerous times from their home demanding he kick her out or CALL THE POLICE because he needed to close. She had her clothes spread between 6 dryers and the longest one had 12 minutes on it when I came to help her shove it all in bags. They were absolutely disgusting.
I’d rather hand wash EVERYTHING I own than spend my money here.

This place is not closed (as of July, 10, 2014) Don’t know why someone said that. It is 24 hours. I dropped off my laundry at 8 picked it up a 7 finished. Not the best place I’ve ever been to, when I picked it up the guy was kind of off putting. The woman working the morning was really nice. A dollar per pound for drop off.

It was fine until it was shut down. My roommate was there and then the fire marshal showed up. Everyone had to leave. Laundry in this area is tough now.

Ok this used to be my go to laundry. It’s close to my house, there’s a parking lot in the back and they stay open ²⁴⁄₇. I can’t imagine what was going on in there last night, but I guess the bathroom must have exploded or something. Nonetheless, the stench in there was horrific and the place wasn’t very clean! I won’t be returning.

This place started out great but they are a little expensive for what younger. It seems that they always come at the very end of their scheduled time which leaves me sitting at home for three hours. I would have kept using them except that they lost my laundry and took five days to get it back. The owner offered to give me 10% off my next order which doesn’t even cover the service fee. He told me that he was sorry to lose my business but that I’d be back. Lets just say I haven’t been back yet.

I was skeptical at first about dropping off my laundry but once my laundry bags became as tall as I am I decided to give it a shot. The first question I asked is what type of detergent is used. If they would’ve said X-​tra I woulda been out of there. To my relief they informed me that they only use tide and downy. The attendant then pointed to the sign that also said the same thing. The attendant informed me that my laundry would be ready by 5pm the next day. When I brought my laundry home the next day I was feeling anxious as I checked to make sure everything was there. To my relief everything was there. My cloths were folded nicely and they smelled as fresh as a summer breeze. My socks were all matched up and folded into neat little balls, I spend a little extra but it’s well worth it…
