Well enough service, but I didn’t like the bait and switch with the price. They advertise a free quote, which they’ll only do on site and in-​person.
Phone staff was very flexible in booking a time. They said my single sofa cleaning would ‘start’ at $ 69.95 and wouldn’t give a price range or average for a job like that. Then in person he quoted $ 200. When I heard «start at» I figured they’d up the price, but not by almost 3 times the original estimate. Of course, they bank on you having booked the time and the guy standing in your apartment ready to do the job. Perhaps $ 200 is a going rate, but it seemed high for one 2 year old sofa with one slight stain — exactly as I explained to the woman on the phone.
I’m sure the work is on par with other places, but I hate having to negotiate on the fly and deal with what feels like slimy business tactics.
