Been coming to this PCP since I was 2 years old. My younger self would given this place a negative 10 stars because of all the shots I was forced down to have. But now, I am a healthy person with huge thanks to the clinic and the staff members. Nowadays they have a long wait time and more adults coming here to see their PCP. But they still allow us to come in if it’s not wayyyy too busy. In the chaotic mess of patients rushing in and asking for appointments and answering calls every 5 minutes, the front desk is still able to keep up and also keep everything in order. The wait for seeing a doctor is usually 30minites to an hour w/​an appointment but without an appointment would be 1−3hours waiting time. After the appointment and if you have a referral from the doctors the front desk is glad and quick to help you find where you need to go. This PCP is my favorite.

WORST DOCTOR OFFICE EVER! Horrible experience. Front desk and staff are rude and unprofessional. They provided incorrect information and apparently don’t know much about health insurance policy. Wait time was unreasonably long. The visit was rough and the doctor only focused on typing. I asked for an annual physical but didn’t get examined except for the blood pressure. I had to tell him what I needed and the doctor did not address most of my concerns. If I hadn’t told him, he would have done nothing. Pretty lazy doctor. The examination rooms look old and unclean. Staff talked loud and discussed patients’ information in the waiting area. Got a blood work done and was told the result would be back in a week. The doctor didn’t call and never heard back from the office. Called two weeks later and was told they were too busy and couldn’t check if they had the result yet. End up i had to walk in and my result was not fine at all. The office is extremely disorganized. Please spare yourself and go somewhere else, YOUR LIFE SHOULDN’T BE IN THEIR HANDS!
