Here at Charlotte all items from our famous buttery croissants to savory quiches and elegant cakes are hand crafted on premises in authentic Fresh style, using only the finest ingredients. Our executive chef Michael is trained at the French Culinary Institute and apprenticed in France to perfect his skills and recipes. We believe that great pastries should be paired with great coffee and use Counter Culture Coffee brewed with a French press, to ensure freshness and bold flavors. Our espresso drinks are perfected with a Lamarzocco espresso machine.
Need a cake? Let Chef Michael help you get the cake of your dreams! French-style mousse cakes are our specialty here at Charlotte, but Michael is happy to create custom cakes of all kinds. We have assisted many satisfied customers with anything from elegant wedding cakes to playful theme-cakes for birthday parties. If you’re interested in ordering a custom cake, let’s talk!
History
Established in 2011.
After studying at the French Culinary Institute, Chef Michael wanted to bring the delicious French pastries to Brooklyn. He opened Charlotte Patisserie on October 23, 2011.
