I had a real messy situtation with a check that was deposited and caused my account to get locked. It took a real long time to clear it up until I got Eran Abraham involved and he really helped out quickly.

Went there on a Sunday I needed to get papers notarized that were very time sensitive and no other bank on 13th Avenue would help me even my own bank. Bank of America. Thank you CHASE ! Your awesome.

I have been there a few times, but only used the ATM machines, never walked in the bank and never spoke to the personal in there. But judging by the experience from other branches it should be very good branch.
