OMG, super slow, only good if you don’t have anything else better to do. They need more tellers or more customer service agents assisting with their self serve machines.

Actually this Chase bank isn’t bad. Don’t really know why there’s so many negative reviews on most banks. It’s true that their front counter is no longer available and it’s been replaced with a machine, but the staff is diverse and not only asian. There are long lines sometimes, but this place is pretty small. A lot of Asians are here due to the convenience of 8th ave or Dyker Heights in general.

This is the worse branch in history. Customer care service is horrible. Waited about an hour to be helped just to have my debit card replace because I was a victim of fraudulent. Stay away from this bank if you need assistance or be prepared to wait one to two hours.

A fairly quiet Chase branch. It is a pretty small branch. I am thankful for this establishment, they are the saving grace of the Chase on 8th Avenue(a very high volume branch). It is because of this branch, I was able to avoid lines and the daily madness at the Teller line or the ATM’s at the other location. There are two ATM’s at the entrance. Though I expected more, two was probably enough to meet their business needs. They have drive-thru ATM’s in the back as well! A few times after business hours, I just go straight to the drive-thru ATM on my feet. This branch in particular sends a lot of promotions by mail to my Brooklyn home. Perhaps, this location needs more customers. If you live nearby, I would suggest coming here to do your business instead of the one on 8th Avenue. You will definitely get more individual attention here.
