These reviews must be the bank tellers or employees because I guarantee you that the service here SUCKS! The tellers are incompetent and rude. I’m sorry you’re a 40 year old bank teller with a weight condition. That is not my fault or problem. Less beans and rice and more walking is the solution.

I needed a bank in the area and claribel helped me. It was probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had! The manager was professional, and they arranged an account that was better than what I was looking for. I cannot believe how friendly and helpful everyone was.

I can’t believe I’m writing a 5-​star review for a bank, but my experience here was so pleasant. I walked in and was cheerfully greeted by someone at the reception area. They had coffee, donuts, bagels and cream cheese available. Then I went to the teller window where I waited maybe 2 minutes. The teller (I think her name was Wendy) was very cheerful, friendly, helpful, and informative. And just a few minutes later, I was out the door, transaction completed. Nicest Citibank experience I have ever had.
