Clean Chic Cleaners

Really disorganized. I dropped my dry-​cleaning off Tuesday, May 26. i was supposed to pick up my dry cleaning Thursday (⁵⁄₂₆). I went in the evening just to give the full amount of time and it wasn’t ready. They said it would absolutely be ready on Saturday.
Today is Saturday, May 28. I went and they said it wasn’t ready yet and could I pick it up Tuesday?
The whole basis of setting a pick-​up time is rooted in the work being done.

Having gone there to pick up my clothes twice, once Thursday when they were supposed to be ready (the service for which I paid $ 70), and then this morning when they said they would be ready, there were no clothes. The woman behind the counter that they were probably still begin cleaned at the factory and could I come back Tuesday?
No! The purpose of paying for a service to be done by a certain interval is that it should be done by that time.
After a terse yelling match with the owner, she initially said I would get no refund and that they didn’t know if my clothes would be available by that evening. Then the story changed to a full refund and I could come by in an hour.
When I did go to retrieve my clothes, the owner told me she would not give me a full refund because the clothes had been in the shop the whole time. I’m curious as to why it matters as to what the location of the clothing was if no one could find them and I stopped by twice for pick up to no avail. She told me, «we did the service I won’t issue you a full refund,» and that other customers are happy to wait when they’re clothes aren’t ready on time.
She also added that I might have gotten the full refund promised had I not posted on this website. People need to know where corrupt and incompetent business practices exist. When I was going to get the money off the counter, she violently grabbed the receipt back from me and told me I was not welcome to come back. Why would I EVER want to come back?! The business plan is a total fraud.
Last I checked, this dry-​cleaner is trying to run a business. Missing a deadline once is frustrating but fixable. Twice is just terrible management. If they had just refunded the money promised, I wouldn’t have felt compelled to write the update.
I fully plan to report to the Consumer Protection Bureau. Don’t come here if you ever want to see your clothes again.

Let me start by saying that I was a very pleased customer of Clean Chic Cleaners for two years until recently. Fatimah always went out of her way to give exceptional customer service and to rush my order whenever I needed it. A few months ago they started using a new cleaner and the quality immediately dropped a bit. The real breaking point was when somehow, by some miracle or freak accident, my clothes were shrunken. I previously had 4 identical pairs of suit pants, and after sending three of them I have one pair that fits and three that are too small. I told this to Fatimah and she said there was no way that could have happened. I understand standing by your product but own up when a mistake happens. Would no longer recommend after two years of positive experience.

I’ve used this company once before for my laundry service and they were AWESOME. They did a good job washing my clothes and they came back smelling fresh.
HOWEVER, I was VERY disappointed in my dry cleaning service this week. They were not communicative with me at all about rescheduling the delivery of my items. I had to call them multiple times to later find out that they needed to reschedule delivery. Even after my delivery was rescheduled, a representative from the company called me to ask when I would be picking up my items. In addition to that my card was charged THREE TIMES in order to apply a discount for the inconvenience, and they never returned my laundry bag upon delivering my items.
I won’t say «don’t use this company» because I’ve used them in the past and they seem to be good.
But I will say that they are not good with communicating with their customers or among themselves. I shouldn’t have to contact the company multiple times just to find out that my items were undeliverable. Unfortunately, I will be exploring other options.

A few months ago I began using this service for all my laundry needs. On one of my deliveries there company car was broken into and some of my clothes were stolen. They reimbursed me and did my laundry free of charge for almost 2 months. They are true professionals and run there business with class & integrity. If anyone is looking for laundry services with a personal touch I recommend you try out Clean Chic Cleaners. They truly know how to take care of there costumers.

I used this service for dry cleaning and laundering and I was very pleased. My dry cleaning took a day or two longer than my laundry, but Fatimah was very good about letting me know this upfront and offered to make two separate deliveries if needed. I have used other drop off pick up laundry services before and have often had weird spots on my clothes afterward (dryer burn?), but not this time so I was thankful for that. My clothes were dropped off during the time frame we agreed upon (rush hour on a weekday and they arrived EARLY). My receipt was detailed and itemized so I could see clearly what I was paying for (I have not had any service do that before). And they followed up a day or two later to make sure I was happy with everything. I definitely recommend this service.

I am a full time employee, student and mother who rarely finds the time to sit in a laundry mat for hours to do laundry! I was told I could use a laundry service that would pick up my clothes, wash and fold them for me and then deliver them back. I was nervous to use any of these services since I’m very particular about my clothes and my sons clothes. I finally decided to use clean chic cleaners and my experience with them was nothing but exceptional! Gave 2 bags full of clothes on a Saturday and got them back by Monday along with 2 blazers I sent in for dry cleaning. They came to my house, picked them up and dropped them back off. I was so impressed with their service that I gave them another 2 bags when they dropped off my laundry lol! They were nicely folded and smelled so good! I will definitely continue to use clean chic cleaners… This is a very convenient service for a person who’s life is as hectic as mine and wants to enjoy their time off by spending time with their friends and family and not doing laundry for hours!!! :)

AMAZING! Scheduling a pick up was so simple. They send an email as soon as you order and work around your schedule. The driver was so pleasant, and my clothes were done the next evening. My clothes look great, folded so neatly and delivered by the same friendly voice who scheduled my pick up. I am suggesting them to everyone. Worth every penny. Love this!
