History

Established in 1987.

Mid-​Plaza Real Estate, Inc. was co-​founded by Anthony Nasti 25 years ago in October 1987, with himself, a partner, and only 6 agents. In June of 1990 Anthony saw the declining real estate market as an opportunity to expand, and did so with a franchise company, thus Coldwell Banker Mid-​Plaza Real Estate was born.

Located in a 600 square foot office, Anthony and his team almost doubled their agent population and nearly tripled the office’s gross commission income. This prompted a move into a 2800 square foot location on Nostrand Avenue where they became not only the first, but the largest Coldwell Banker office in Brooklyn.

In spite of a leisurely market, Coldwell Banker Mid-​Plaza continues to flourish. Along with the recent acquisition of a 35 year old ERA franchise, and another expansion into the beautiful 4000 square foot office it currently resides in, Coldwell Banker Mid-​Plaza boasts a team of over 40 agents, brokers, and specialists serving the needs of the Brooklyn real estate ma
