A very positive experience. They were courteous, accommodating and negotiable (they also took into account that we came from far away). They fixed the problems we pointed out on the test drive at no cost. While their mechanic was trying to find the cause of one of the problems (he did, it was fixed), and it was taking a long time, they even treated us to dinner at a nearby restaurant!

Alex and the team are great, straight forward and no games. how refreshing in NYC.

This is a review that is one months over-​due. Purchased my first car (a 2012 Nissan Altima) from this dealership at the end of December. As an international student who has only been in this country for a little over four years, purchasing a car in the States certainly gave me a lot of worries. But thanks to Coney & V Auto sales, everything went smoothly. And the car drives great. The sales person, Michael Suarez (I believe that’s how his name is spelled), was very helpful. He took us for a test drive that lasted for over half an hour and then spent an hour accompanying us to get the vehicle for a third party inspection. Of course, the mechanics did’t spot anything wrong with the car, said that it’s perfect. The other Michael, who bought this vehicle for this dealership from its previous owner in Florida, was also very nice. His most assuring words were (which I might have paraphrased), «I told our mechanics that this car should be good enough for my daughter to drive». Definitely would recommend this dealership.

Drove off the lot today in my new auto from Coney and V. Exceptional customer service experience. I paid for the car yesterday along with purchasing insurance else where. The following day I had my registration, plates and inspection done and picked up the car after work. Alex, the salesman, even helped me get an incredible rate for auto insurance.

This place is amazing. The car purchasing process was stress free and easy. There was no pressure at all. Alex made things simple. Everything was straight forward with no hidden fees or costs. Once my most recent lease was up and I decided I was tired of throwing money into the wind on cars I don’t even get to keep, I had decided to go with a used car, with a good reputation for lasting long. As skeptical of used car dealers as I was, I went with a recommendation from a friend to give Alex from Coney and V a call and now that I have my car for over TWO YEARS, I can say that I made the right decision. Firstly, Alex was very to the point and had a direct no-​nonsense approach to everything. As clueless was I was, and probably could have been an easy target elsewhere, he was helpful and answered just about every question I had (and there were a lot). I knew the kind of car I wanted (Prius) from the beginning and within a few days we were ready to go. Everything felt very streamlined in terms of communication via e-​mail and phone and the few times I was there in person. It’s evident that this particular dealer cares about hiring the best. What made me decide that this was a place I have to recommend to others and use again in the future was when I realized that the grand total of the car was several hundred dollars cheaper than very similar models in terms of mileage and year on just about every listing I saw online within 300 miles. For Brooklyn, that’s absolutely fantastic. I was ready to go out of state and start looking at listings. So in the end, I saved myself a lot of headache and some substantial cash.
For the record, in two years, I have had no mechanical issues or breakdowns. Even after two brutal winters, including one where the car stood still for 3 weeks in one spot, all was fine. All I changed was the battery (12v, not the fuel cell!) but that was more for my own piece of mind and unnecessary.

These guys are fantastic — especially Jack. No bullsh*t, honest, kind. They value their reputation and treat customers with respect. I bought my first «adult» car here — a prestine VW GTI — and they made the process easy, plus they knocked some $$$ off the already below Blue Book price. Would rec them to anyone looking for a high quality used car.

i bought Toyota 3 months ago and she still drives perfect! The customer service was excellent! Alex — the sales person patiently answered to all of my questions which i had a lot of them, it’s my first car so i didn’t have much experience in cars, but they didn’t try to fool me but help making sure to give the best option for my needs. i am very happy with this car!

Just purchased a ’03 Toyota Corolla today from Coney and V auto. From the beginning we enter we were treated with courtesy and respect. Jack and Charlie were very nice, hospitable and were totally professional. Jack showed us the car and explained in detail the work that was done to the car by their own mechanics. He even showed us the carfax about the vehicle and we could take it for a test drive. the car ran smoothly it was put with new brakes and it felt just like it when it stopped. afterwards we met Jack’s brother Charlie who helped us with all the paperwork and explained everything in detail as we were going through the process. We have to say that the experience was great and to be treated with respect goes a long way definitely a must go to spot if you are looking to purchase a car. The only thing we regretted was not getting the full service auto warranty on the car due to not having the extra cash but we still have 3 months warranty with them and Charlie even gave us a deal for the oil change in 3 moths, what else can you say but great service.

I had a really great experience buying a used car from Coney and V. From the discussions on the phone, to the initial test drive, to the inspection with my mechanic, to the final sale, the whole process was really smooth and I highly recommend these honest auto sellers to everyone. I didn’t really know what to expect, having never purchased an auto from a used dealership, but the honest, friendly, generous staff at Coney and V exceeded my expectations by a considerable amount. It was that good an experience. The customer service they offered was simply above and beyond. If I ever need another car, I will absolutely be back!
