Due to poor customer service on 3÷24÷16 I will no longer be using your services thanks to your secretary putting me on hold during and emergency situation. I suggest you «fine tune» your hiring process so that potential and current cliental are addressed accordingly. It was your Brooklyn and Middle Village Locations. This review required me to put one star, if possible I would put you in the negative.
I would not suggest anyone use their services.

This law firm prepared a trust and will for my mother’s estate some years ago, and my mom recently passed away and the trust had to be executed when I sold her home. First, let me say, they prepared this trust in such a way that the assets in the trust were as protected as they could be. This allowed my mother to receive Medicaid services several years later without having to sell the house or worry about her having to move into a nursing facility. I would NEVER have figured this out without them. For the sale of the home, I was hooked up with one of their attorneys, in particular, Justin Daley, to execute this transaction. Justin and his staff are TOP NOTCH in what they do. There were some bumps along the way with the closing of the house with the buyer who started being difficult about credits towards the closing actually AT the closing. Justin was such an advocate for me, and did not allow the buyer to take advantage of the situation (which he was trying to do), and he put his foot down. I mean, Mr. Daley responded as if this was his house and money on the line, and really stepped up and protected my interests. While this law firm does cost a little more than some other law firms, believe me, they EARN it and will save you A LOT MORE money and headaches than what their fees are. And the DON’T nickel and dime you like other law firms do, so it really nets out, most likely. They are honest, upfront, communicative, professional and FIGHT for you! Great job, Justin and team!

On September 24, 2014 my husband and I arrived at 10:30 a.m. for a 10:45 a.m. free initial consultation appointment. A paralegal took background information from us and told us that the lawyer would be in to see us soon. After waiting for about 35 minutes, the female lawyer (a law firm partner) came in without offering an apology. She treated us like a cornered rattlesnake ready to strike when we expressed our dismay at being kept waiting. And with a very ‘chilly and condescending’ attitude, she proceeded to tabulate a cost analysis for us — and we left — and we will never come back due to her unprofessional manner which tends to reflect the character and reputation of the firm.

We arrived at 1:45 for a 2:00 consultation. When no one had said a word to us at 2:20, we asked if our attorney knew we were there waiting. The receptionist said that they were trying to find an available room. What? Rather than make us wait, couldn’t we have met in the lawyer’s office? At 2:30 we were shown into a meeting room and told «she will be with you in a minute.» But our appointment was with a male lawyer and when we asked, «isn’t our appointment with Mr. Soandso?», we were told, «Don’t worry about it» and the secretary left us. At 2:40, with no one coming to explain anything to us, or apologize for any delay, we left. Even as we passed the receptionist, there was no apology. My time is just as valuable as anyone’s and I resent the disrespectful way I was treated. It was beyond rude.
