We started as small business in our private house with small team. We had our basement converted to a professional computer lab.

Since i touched my first computer i realized how much i love this little creatures. After playing with it for a while i also realized that they need to be taken care too.

So, after studying computers & electronics in a high level i decided to open my own small computer repair services lab in Brooklyn.

My iMac turned on with a blue screen. It’s the death screen. I decided to give CRB a try after reading his reviews on Unilocal.His store is not obvious, so you got to really look.
I dropped off my iMac with Joseph and was told that I could get it in 2 days. He said he’s seen these problems and it’s not hard to fix. Turned out he took a little longer. I dropped it off Monday and it was not ready until Friday. I also needed to go to him to pick up right away when he called on Friday because he closed early on Friday. Well, I happened to be free and quickly went to pick it up. But I felt a little hustled for sure.
I thought it was a bit disappointing that it took that much longer than what he said but then I listened to his explanation and appreciated it. He explained to me what he did and I accepted his professionalism in doing it right rather doing it fast.
Joseph is knowledgeable and professional, just like what others said. Price wise is also fair. So the bottom line is, recommended!

I can’t say enough about the professionalism, knowledge, integrity, honesty that Joseph provides in his business practices. I used him to repair my computer and to establish a backup system to protect my data. His ability to handle my concerns and problems were dealt with in a very professional manner. His prices are very reasonable and he guarantees his work!

I highly recommend Joseph! He’s extremely reasonable in terms of pricing. He charged significantly less than his competitors. The most important aspect in my opinion is that he is HONEST!!! I left myself in the mercy of his judgement and rather than choosing the most expensive option, he gave an honest assessment and completely fixed my cpu with the lower cost option. He saved me $ 200 and the computer works like a dream.
Most definitely make the trip and visit him (call first though).

I picked this service because its open on Sunday – my one guareenteed off-​day a week and because of the great reviews. I call the phone number and it keeps sending me to a voicemail inbox that is not set up. I make the trip out anyway (from East New York). I call again, no answer. Then the guy finally picks up only to inform me that his services are by appointment only. I inform him that I’ve been calling all day and his voicemail not being set up is his problem, not mine. He says he’ll be there in an hour. By this point I’m getting pissed but I decide to go get food. The hour turns into 2 hrs. A total waste of my time.
FYI the neighborhood is all Jewish and all residential about 10 blocks from the nearest train and food spots. All of the bodegas are super sketchy.
So anyway, when he gets back to me he gives me this ridiculous sum for what should be a easy job. I will not be needing his services.

I found Joseph on this Unilocal page — encouraged by the good reviews, I gave him my 16-​inch Sony Vaio for a keyboard replacement. My keyboard is now in perfect working condition for a perfectly reasonable price. Joseph was very professional, responsive, and friendly. Next time I have a computer issue, definitely going back.

When my HD on my iMac went bad unexpectedly, Joseph was able to source and replace it in a day’s notice, for a reasonable price. He was very friendly and answered some questions over the phone after it was finished. My computer is working great now. Highly recommended.
