Horrible delivery and milkshakes! We ordered BECAUSE they had milkshakes and that was the worst thing. After a few sips, we just threw them out. They tasted like they were freezer burnt and watered down. Disgusting.
The cheeseburger and chicken fingers weren’t bad. The fries were cold and nothing too exciting. Probably since the delivery guy refused to come upstairs with the food and argued with my boyfriend on the phone for 10 minutes. I called the store and the man who answered didn’t seem to care. Eventually I went down to get the food. We’ve never had a problem having food delivered like this. Never ordering from them again.

I placed an order for delivery. The service was so bad, they were rude! Then when the food finally arrived they made me leave my apt and go outside to get my order after I selected 20% tip my food was cold, extremely greasy and disgusting plus they gave me the wrong dessert. I called the store to let them know and no one answered the phone. Never again will I order from this place.

Food was ok but won’t order because of the awful delivery person. I very clearly say «do not call me, just ring bell» on all my orders. My belief is that if I wanted to get dressed and go downstairs, I’d just go get pick up. This guy calls me and says «I’m here.» I say, «just ring my bell.» I wait. Phone rings again. I ignore it, annoyed. I buzz him in. Repeat. Repeat. I’m then completely pissed and I storm downstairs — no one is there. Guy suddenly buzzes up on a scooter. Seriously? Lied to me that you’re there and you’re down the street? Pissed me off so much. Orders from another Crown place and delivery just as freaking bad. Ordered my tip back I paid in Seamless.
