Daddy’s Daycare 4

We have been attending Daddy’s Daycare for 1.5 years now & have been extremely pleased. First, the providers are wonderful & really care about your child like their own. The providers tell you little vignettes about your child’s day when you pick up. The owner is responsive & sends pictures of your LO. The facility is great as well. Send your child here & you can relax.

My wife and I moved to New York from London, and found very quickly that seemingly every daycare had months if not year long waiting lists. I started scouring the internet, trying to find less known, local daycares, and I found Daddy’s on Unilocal.I called up and talked to Vadim, the owner. I asked if there was any availability, and he said, not in Park Slope, but how about Carroll Gardens! I was so excited because that is where we had moved to.
I went over, checked out the place, clean, simple, huge yard to play in, tons of toys, great organization, everything that I think should be at a daycare. Signed up, and hoped for the best.
The thing that really won me over is the huge smile that came over my sons face every time he saw Neba, Nadya, Vika or Ira in the morning. When he started walking, he moved as fast as he could to get to Daddy’s. The only down point was sometimes it was hard to get him to come home!
I also always enjoyed when Vadim was at this location. He brought such an enormous amount of energy to play with the kids.
We really lucked out. It was just happenstance that brought us to Daddy’s, but we could not have asked for a better daycare. We ended up moving again, to Chicago, and the difference between Daddy’s and our current daycare is startling. It is so unfortunate that so many centers are only profit focused, when they should be care focused. The passion and care that Vadim puts into his centers, into ensuring he hires the right staff was as clear on day one as it was on day 100. We will sorely miss this place.
If you can get a spot here, do it! You won’t regret it.

Our 2.5 year old son has been going to this daycare for over a year now and I couldn’t say enough good things about it! Everyone at the daycare is super friendly and super tentative, and my son loves every minute he is there. He makes new friends (so do I) and learn something new every week. The best part is that the daycare is VERY clean, has a big outdoor space, and they provide both breakfast and lunch so I don’t have to worry about anything. Vadim and his staff are very accommodating and always answer all my questions. I high recommend this daycare!
