History

Established in 1980.

Our sister school, Dimensions In Dance has been serving the community for 32 successful years. Since that time, we have trained thousands of young people from Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst and Dyker Heights. It has always been a long time dream to offer a full performing arts program, equipped for acting, singing, musical theatre and on camera classes, and so Dimensions On Stage came to be. In addition to weekly classes, the studio functions as a «Black Box» style theatre for performances and showcases at then end of each session.

In today’s world, one must be multi-​faceted in whatever area they choose to explore. To succeed, dancers should sing, singers should act, actors should dance. Dimensions On Stage is committed to bringing out the best in everyone– be prepared, be a triple threat and always be a star!

Business Owner

Lauren McElroy has been performing her entire life. SInce the age of two, when she began dancing at Dimensions In Dance, Lauren has wanted nothing else than to turn her passion for the arts into a career. She has performed and originated roles in dozens of plays and musicals, has created arts-​in-​ed programs for schools and dances professionally with a Contemporary Jazz company in NYC. With Dimensions On Stage, Lauren is sharing her love of the theatre– its language, traditions and lessons– with young people in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Whether you want to be a star, or just want to shine your brightest, Lauren is proof that theatre training will give you the skills you need for success in all areas of life.
