I want to like this place SO BAD.
Despite their amazing inventory and wow factor of furniture stock, I have no choice but to avoid this place like the plague, due to abysmal, horrid, and condescending customer service. Either they pay these people jack shit or they keep them tortured in a basement when they’re not on the clock, because they are the rudest, most condescending, overall nasty salespeople I have ever encountered in the New York City metropolitan area.
