Extremely disappointing. I brought a white t-​shirt and delicate white long sleeved shirt to be cleaned. When I got them back, the long sleeved shirt had several rips that had been sewed up. While I’m glad that they sewed them up, I would have preferred that they didn’t rip it in the first place. But the fun doesn’t stop there. The t-​shirt had stains in it, and when I’d asked them to bleach it, Mrs. Dulce told me they don’t use bleach, but wouldn’t need it to get the stains out. Well, I can confirm the part about them not using bleach. But all they did was make the stains look faded, instead of removed.
I will never, ever bring these people any of my clothing again.

I took four wool sweaters to Dulce Cleaners a few days ago. When I came to pick up my clothes, she mentioned that a sweater had a hole in it. I thought that was weird because the sweater she was talking about was new. I wore it once before taking it to the cleaners. We looked through the clothes quickly, but didn’t see anything. She told me if I saw any holes when I got home, to come back and she could fix it for me. Got home and saw that three sweaters came out ok, but one sweater had four finger sized holes in the front and one hole in the back… Went straight back to the cleaners and showed her the holes that obviously were a result of something that happened during the cleaning process. This would have been a 1 star review, but giving her 3 because she was friendly and wants to fix the sweater for me… Not sure how that’s going to happen, but we’ll see…

I don’t usually do reviews, but really loved Mrs. Dulce. Super friendly, accessible, and engaging. Also, she saved my favorite pants that I thought were goners. Not sure how she did it, but stoked to have someone nearby that knows how to do such good tailoring.
My suits came back looking great, and there wasn’t that weird smell that you sometimes get at dry cleaners. Will definitely return to this spot.

Mrs. Dulce is a sweet woman and she’s always done very nice work with my work clothes. I walk ALL the way from WASHINGTON AVE to see Mrs. Dulce and drop my clothes with her, because frankly the rest of the dry cleaners in this area are dreadful. I’ve never had a problem with my clothes here, in fact, I’ve always been pleased with how nice, clean, and crisp my clothes are when I pick them up. Prices aren’t bad either. A winner.
Note: she’s closed Sunday.

Affordable and friendly service. This is a family business and Mrs Dulce is always very sweet (pun intended) to me and does a great job on my clothes. She can do alterations too and did a great job on extending the sleeves on one of my coats. Not sure if she can do super complicated alterations but she is great at the basics of zippers and buttons. Anyway all around pleased with the service I get here.
