Dunkin’ Donuts

The COMBO is a joke!
This morning, I ordered ice coffee and a chicken sandwich here. They charged me individual even there is Combo on the screen.
I asked the lady why? She said that is only come with ice tea, not for ice coffee even there is ice coffee on the price screen.
If I’m the person not usually go to Dunkin Donuts or first time, u could say those things to me and I will believe u even its confused but I am not this kind of person. I have Dunkin’ Donuts at least once a day. Go to different location as well. Every Dunkin’ Donuts price diff. and it will show on the screen. If u have on ur screen, don’t lie to customer and charge people additional by this trick.
I usually come this location when I don’t have work and skl. This is first time see this new staff and first time DD charged me like this. And ice coffee is ridiculous ! This time is super SOUR, I’m not sure if this lady prepare it wrong way or what. Save two stars for the location and friendly old staff .

Every time I come to this place the pastry always taste stale and old I’m soo tired of buying and taking back the pastrys that I just get coffee and call it a day smh

Came here for a breakfast combo yesterday. The service was quick and courteous. The coffee was hot and not too strong.
