My family has been shopping here for over twenty years and I refuse to go any where else for silver. Why? The service and staff are extremely personable and patient. Recently, my wife bought candlesticks and the lady tirelessly worked with us, not showing an ounce of impatience. I also bought a silver cup, or becher. When I lost the silver plate’s protective plastic, Eastern replaced it for free, and was happy to do it! Recently, we bought a beautiful napkin holder. Prices are the same as they are in any other silver store in the tri-​state area.
Bottom line: don’t waste your time elsewhere where people will only treat you nice if you appear to be spending a fortune, come here.
