History

Established in 2009.

We believe that our bodies know best when it comes to healing itself, all it asks for is the right tools for the job. That’s where we come in. We’ll provide you with the right tips and tools that will educate, enrich and empower you for a lifetime of vibrant living.

While most dietitians dwell on calories, carb counts, fats, proteins, restrictions and stringent lists of good or bad foods, we work with our clients in a fun, flexible, way that is free of denial and discipline. We understand that changing habits by feeling punished is no way to create the lasting change that will lead to a happy, healthy life.

We also know that there is no «one size fits all» approach. That’s why we focus on you as a whole person, one who juggles conflicting demands from work, home, family, friends — in a word, life. We will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you and we will help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health

Loni M.

Business Owner

Loni Markman is an integrative nutrition coach and certified Pilates instructor. She holds a masters degree in health, a bachelors in business, a certification as a holistic health counselor from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a certification in the Psychology of Eating with Marc David, she holds a certification from Power Pilates and has extensive studies in Emotional Freedom Technique. All of which she infuses into her integrative coaching with clients. Loni has been working in the field of wellness for over 9 years helping clients find nourishment and balance in their everyday lives. She works with pre and post natal nutrition, weight management and general women’s health. She has a true passion for educating and inspiring others on their journey to better heath.
