Would not recommend or trust. Seems like a nice guy at first but he charged me $ 130 (cash) to file taxes for a past year, and a couple weeks later the IRS said I owed them $ 500+ because of a mistake on the forms submitted. When I tried to contact him about it, he said he would talk to them on my behalf but every time I followed up he gave me an excuse as to why he still didnt have answers. Its been three weeks since I’ve heard his last excuse, not going to bother any more but hopefully can save others from the same hassle.

I had a great experience at Enigma. Ted was quick, thorough, and answered all of my questions. He’s on the northern end of Bedford Ave. in Williamsburg, so the office was easy to reach from the G Train (and, I imagine, from the L). I brought him some challenges (in my opinion), and left with all my i’s dotted and t’s crossed. Highly recommended.

Ted made getting my taxes done a very quick and painless experience. I just dropped everything off and he finished them within a couple days. I got my refund shortly after. I will probably be using his services again.
