The stunning aesthetics of the place focuses on a very large communal table set in the center of the locale inviting patrons to strike up a conversation while observing the stage like, open kitchen area set to exhibit the artful skills of the veteran Chef Cole, winner in Season 8 of Food Network’s hit show, «Chopped». Prior to New York, Jennifer cooked in kitchens all over Spain and Paris, including stages with such notable chefs and Michelin Star winners Andres Madrigal (Balzac), Juan Mari Arzak (El Bulli; Arzak) and Frances Paniego (Echaurren).

Award-winning architectural firm Ogawa-Depardon has put its signature on Fabbrica’s extraordinary interior design.
The name FABBRICA — Italian for factory — is an homage to the extraordinary history of the neighborhood, once characterized by active manufacturing.
Fabbrica welcomes those who want to explore, share, and celebrate contemporary Italian cuisine and extraordinary boutique wines.
The «Caffe’ «area, with entrance on the N 6th Street, features an Espresso Bar in partnership with Lavazza, Italy’s leading coffee brand. It also offers bread, pastries and artisanal gelato. The main floor, with entrance on Kent Avenue, hosts the full service Restaurant and Bar, serving finely-tuned, innovative Italian dishes using the best of fresh ingredients. The dining room features communal tables, bar stools and standard seating, in an open space with dramatic 17– foot high ceilings.
