These movers are simply fantastic. They are efficient, reasonably prices, and well-​prepared. We moved this weekend and had a lot of stuff. Though we did our best to pack well, we had some odds and ends that just didn’t goin in boxes. The movers were prepared and had large boxes to put all of the loose items in. They also wrapped all of the furniture in blankets and made sure that everything arrived in one piece. I don’t know that there are any other NYC movers that offer this level of service and friendliness on a per hour basis. I have used them twice now and have recommended them to friends who have also had a great experience.

The two guys who moved me were extremely professional and exceedingly helpful. The building I was moving out of has a lot of strict rules about elevator use and I was a little nervous about not finishing on time. Fortunately, the movers not only kept me calm, they also got everything down efficiently and without causing any nicks or scratches on my furniture. They were even quicker unloading into the new place. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of movers.

These guys are great! Extremely professional and super quick — took great care to wrap my furniture safely, but got the job done with time to spare. They also helped me to fit my things into a storage unit, and were absolutely wonderful when it came to packing everything in efficiently. I will most certainly be using them again when it comes time to move into my new place!

Sergey is absolutely amazing! He and his crew are completely professional, punctual, and very friendly. They are also unbelievably FAST… my move was over in under 2 hours, which is pretty much unheard of, especially since I hadn’t even finished packing when they arrived (right on time!). There happened to be an ice storm on the day I was moving (February 2015) and even that didn’t slow them down. He took great care with all of my hastily packed valuables to ensure that nothing was damaged in transit. His team also navigated my buildings’ VERY narrow hallways with ease. The final rate was even less than he had originally quoted because everything was over so quick. I will definitely use Fidelity for any future moves and have already recommended them to all of my friends! They are safe, friendly, reliable, fast and convenient. HIGHLY recommend!
