Five Element Acupuncture

I’m trying to figure out what I can say that the other two reviews here haven’t! I went to Margaret for some radiating pain in my hip and knee and chronic spasms in my shoulder plus arthritic pain in my toe. In one session (!) almost all my pain was gone. After the third session (she had estimated I’d need 4 – 6) she declared me good to go. I hadn’t felt better in a really long time. None of the acute pains have returned, some 5 months later. Not only a great experience, but an excellent value besides.
Couldn’t agree more with the description of Margaret: she is indeed a lovely, peaceful and kind person and, no doubt, immensely talented. I had been to another acupuncturist before, an MD in fact, and didn’t have a fraction of the positive results I had with Margaret.
If you are looking for an acupuncturist or even just considering it, make an appointment with Margaret post haste!

This is BY FAR the most effective, compassionate, original and patient-​friendly acupuncture practice I have ever come across, clearly I cannot recommend it enough.
I am currently 39 weeks pregnant, and a few months back I started suffering from severe carpal tunnel syndrome. Not only did this acute pain keep me up at night in agony, but as a dentist it made going to work excruciating (if not impossible). After a string of several sleepless nights I felt completely helpless, so my husband did some research and contacted Margaret. She was kind enough to fit me in immediately as she could sense I needed help.
I was extremely impressed with her thorough intake, impeccably clean space, and her genuine concern for my well-​being. Margaret is a professional, kind-​hearted and talented acupuncturist who analyzed and treated my problem immediately. After the first session I experienced relief from my severe pain, and miraculously was able to sleep through the night. I have seen her several times since and received the exact same personalized treatment with similar positive results, and am so thankful to have found her.
As a dentist who went through medical school I am a bit skeptical of some alternative methods and modalities of treatment. That being said, this acupuncture practice is a godsend and worked miracles for my pain. All I can say is that it is THAT good and THAT effective, I could not recommend a service or a heath care provider more so that I can Five Element Acupuncture.

Ah Margaret, she is the most lovely, peaceful, kind and talented acupuncturists out there. I choose acupuncture to avoid inducement and to hasten my labor process. Margaret is now an integral part of the memory of the birth of my son. She waited patiently as my contractions surged during my session with her, her touch and soothing voice guided my experience. Even my Mum became a «believer» in acupuncture after coming with me for my session. Highly, highly recommended.

I came to see Margaret again this week, and I am so glad that I did! Her acupuncture is some of the best that I have ever had. She is booked solidly for a good reason! I recommend her to all of my massage clients.
