I don’t normally leave reviews but I kind of felt this necessary. I don’t want to bash this store because some of the sale associates were helpful but for the most part, they were miserable and not very proactive. I ordered in their store a pair of shoes that weren’t in stock to ship to their store(on a Saturday) and they told me it’s take 3 – 5 business days. Fine. I check in and there the following Thursday and Friday and they’re not there. That’s fine too. But when I called the store at 8:30 the following week to see if they’d come in they said they were. I asked why they never called to let me know, she says she doesn’t know and something must be wrong with my phone… I ask if I can come get them and she says they’re closed. Mind you, this is a weekday and I’ve been to the store after 8 before. And who answers the phone if you’re closed? Unprofessional but the people who helped initially were fine.

Not the GREATEST selection, but I’m not so sure it really has to be. If you’re coming to Foot Locker on Fulton, you probably are either looking for a popular designer shoe or a quick replacement. Lots of sales to be had, as I’ve bought a couple pairs of sneakers at this location at 40−50% off. I’ve even come up on additional deals for joining the VIP club. Great! One more savers club to add to my keyring.
