Meet the Business Owner

Bernard Fromartz F.

Business Owner

The founder of the firm and active until 2002 Mr. Fromartz was an advocate for farm workers, community centers and tenant organizations. He also brought international commerce cases as well as handled estates that extended to Europe and throughout the US. One of the most interesting closing arguments had him roaming around the courtroom with his arms outspread imitating a plane and saying to the jury, «Oh we are up so high, should I land here? Or there? Or should I fly back to Italy?» This was in a matter involving delivery of custom glass vials. Mr Fromartz won that case and was awarding extra law fees by the court for his explaining bills of lading and the Uniform Commercial Code to the jury.
