Unfortunately the service when I experienced it because of warehouse issues wasn’t what I expected. I did have issues getting my furniture because the California warehouse had complications And kept delaying my shipping. They did however resolve my issue by offering me a full refund and allowing me to keep my sofa at no additional charge. They were very apologetic at the situation and this is actually my second review. My first one was a bit harsh and unfair since it wasn’t the business in general that was giving bad service it was the warehouse that was located so far away so I decided to take it down. I did want to put a fair review up because they did try their best to accommodate me and understand my situation and how frustrating it could be. Otherwise, the past reviews from other customers says how wonderful their service is and I am sure they do their best in taking care of their customers as they did with me.

Great Furniture and excellent deals on their high end products!

I cannot recommend Furniture Store NYC highly enough. I’ve referred two friends there, who have been happy as well. I bought a sectional almost 3 years ago here, and have been meaning to write a stellar review since (I am a bit slow on the follow through). I was so impressed, that I still recommend them to everyone looking for furniture today! The couch is in great condition still, and very sturdy. The price was fantastic, and they often have discounts. For the quality, I couldn’t be happier with the price (and the quality, as mentioned, is great!).
Most of all, the customer service is outstanding. After ordering, someone called the next day to discuss how long they expected it to take to get the product in and over to me. They were extremely flexible in regards to delivery time, and worked around my schedule. They were always so friendly and helpful.
Delivery came as scheduled, and the delivery men were friendly and setup the furniture perfectly. They even removed my old couch for me when I asked them to!
