the worst place ever!!! unprofessionl, liars, disrespectful, do not spend a penny here… i don’t kow how they have made it in business till now. the worst place ever! i’d rather pay double somewhere else than save money here. no stars. negative 6000 stars. i chose 1 star cause i had to to post this.

This, unfortunately, will be a bad review.
The only thing I got from this place was horrible treatment, the runaround, and a lesson.
The lesson was to always search a business online before doing business with them; BBB (better business burrs rated them an F).
I went to furniture to go with my wife on Sunday to look at some tables, and when we decided on a 3 piece set, the salesman asked for 150 $ deposit, and the delivery date was set for Wednesday at 2pm.
At approximately 1:40pm, I get a call from the store informing me that the manufacturer doesn’t have the set I requested and they are on back order for 4 – 6 weeks. I inform the lady I won’t be needing the tables anymore and will come into the store to get my deposit back.
On Sunday, I go to the store and speak to the salesman about the issue, then he points out the owner.
The owner exclaims that he isn’t even supposed to be working on Sunday so he can’t give me my money back! I would have to go back on Monday.
Keep in mind that this convo didn’t involve him expressing any regrets for the inconvenience.
I politely explain to him that I work 5 days a week and it’s difficult for me to come on a weekday, so he offers to send me a check first thing tomorrow morning.
I agree, we shake hands, and he doesn’t send the check. I call on Wednesday to remind him, and he says he will send.
When the week ends, and the next week begins and still no check, I drive back to the store on a Saturday and run into the owners brother, which I assume is a co owner.
Without expressing any regrets for the inconvenience and run around I have been experiencing for the past two weeks, he requests that I have to come back on Monday and he will give me my money cash.
At this point, I realize I just want my money back to avoid any problems, so I go back on Monday and when he sees me, the first thing he says is” and you are. «
I’m extremely pissed and amused and dumbfounded at this point so I just continue staring at him with a smug look on my face and inform him I’m here for my deposit.
No regrets for their treatment and inconveniencing a customer, and very rude!
The regret was all mine apparently, considering the number of bad reviews that they have received and am sure will continue to receive.

I purchased a split box spring and bed frame from this store. The Columbian guy whose name I forgot was really cool. He has great personality, tells jokes and can sell water to a whale. He’s definitely a keeper. The problem I had was with the delivery. The Colombian promised me next day delivery. Of course he was off on Monday and the delivery didn’t occur. The lady whose name is Fran or something said my merchandise was out for delivery when I called after she advised me the delivery guy has until 8 pm to make deliveries and of course at 8 the store was closed — no answer and no delivery. She definitely is not a reliable source. The delivery came the next day after my husband went to the store and her excuse was it wasn’t out for delivery. The store would have gotten 4 stars if they did not mess up on the delivery. Give the Columbian a raise!

Omg came to this store and the staff was off the chain humor through the whole sale I swear I was forgetting the reason I came in. They hooked me with bedroom set and mattress awesome price felt like family with no sales tactics pressure. Will recommend ask for the Colombian kid funny as fuck.

This place is going out of business and for good reason!!! I was shopping around for a new mattress at Bobs discount furniture and was stop by a guy with a flyer to this place promising good quality furniture at a reasonable price. So I entered the trap by visiting and purchasing a pillow top mattress. The sales person was very nice and made the arrangements for my mattress to be delivered that Friday. Friday came and the delivery people were late and were very aggressive with the mattress and almost broke my ceiling fan. They left with my tip and upon my inspection of my new mattress I notice received a FIRM mattress instead of the PILLOW-​TOP I had purchased. I called the next day and was promised they will re deliver the pillow top mattress the following week Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and now I’m here at the store ready to rip someone at new asshole! This is a bad business, do not give these people your money. I should have purchased my mattress with a well known mattress store in order to ovoid complication as this!

I got a flyer at my door about «furniture to go» going out of business sale. I noticed a handful of negative reviews and i was cautious about going, but i figured take a chance since i needed new sectional sofa. So on 3.31.15 went to this store and they was wasn’t kidding everything was on sale. I spoke to a friendly sale representative named Jenny who kept it real on what was good to get on my budget. At the end of the deal I bought a Simmons black sectional sofa for alttle more than half the regular price, see pic below! I was excited too about it. The regular price was $ 2,200 plus tax and I only paid $ 1000 plus tax and $ 50 delivery. What was also great was their interest free financing if paid within 12 month of purchase threw Synchrony Bank. So i ordered the sofa on that same day (Wednesday) and came delivered to my house as promised on 2 days later on (Friday). The delivery men who bought the sofa in was also friendly.
It’s now over a month since I purchased the sectional sofa set, and the quality and look still remains great. This sofa feels so comfortable. I would buy again from this store if it still remains.

I went to a couple places before deciding to order from here. Our sales lady was very nice and knowledgeable about all of the products and the price was great.
We ordered our sectional couch and they said it would arrive in 3 weeks. I called a month after I ordered and they said it was going to be over two more weeks until it arrives.
They are horrible at returning your phone calls also. I wouldn’t care if they said, ‘The lead time for this piece is going to be six weeks but it may come in sooner.’ This wasn’t the case.
Update: I called again to see when the furniture would be in, apparently it’s on back order and its going to take longer. I was originally told three weeks, by the time its suppose to come in, its going to be three months. They are a deceitful business. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and they have an «F» rating.

I’ll be filing a complaint today.

BAD BAD BAD Beware good prices on furniture but they do not honor warranty and totally give you the run around if you have a problem. I have a couple of problems with the $ 2500 leather sectional that was purchased from them. First the middle section was damaged by the rough delivery crew. After a couple of months the recliner now grinds and does not open fully.
We have been calling and emailing ftg for 3 months and you basically get no response or if you do you are told by Neka to email Michelle who only works on certain days and never responds to your email or phone calls.
Horrible place to do business with, will never go there again and I am about to start complaints with BBB and possibly small claims court.

I really want to give this store a 0 but I have to settle on 1. Idk how they were in 2010 but by 2012 like the previous guys review they gained a horrendous loss of respect for people’s time and they hired rude, incompetent people.
I bought a tv station and armoire that is supposed to be delivered a week after. They give me a waiting time from 10 AM-​3 PM. So I wait… and then at 4:30 they call, «sorry we are gonna have to reschedule cuz the armoire hasn’t arrived». So I schedule the next week. I wait from 10 – 3 pm and then call myself. «It’s on it’s but just running late». An hour later, get a call «sorry the armoire still hasn’t arrived will try Tom». So that’s 2 days from my work wasted waiting around! So I tell them you call me when you get the armoire and schedule cuz you wasted 2 of my days.
So they call me the next day. «The armoire is here, it can be delivered Tom». Like I am sitting around all day and can drop whatever I have to do for a delivery. So I say no I am not free till Friday.
THE LADY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME, «oh so now you don’t want it Tom, the guy can’t come Friday to set it up.» Why is she giving me an attitude! Like this is my fault! So then I had to agree to squeeze time in to be here which they agreed to come between 3 – 3:30.
So I rush to my apt. Wait until 3:30. At this point, I have no expectations from the worse customer service I ever dealt with. So I call and my response inquiry: «Yeah I can’t give you the delivery guy’s number it’s against customer policy and he said he will be there between now and 6 pm». 0₀ so I go on a rant telling them how inconvenient they are and all they can respond is I am sorry.
So I had to cancel everything for the day and here I am waiting for them. The only reason I am waiting now is to just get my things I paid a good amount for and be done with this place! But I kid you not, I would not be surprised if they are a no show!
Idk how these ppl are running this store for so long. They are extremely disorganized, disrespectful and unnecessarily rude for THEIR inadequacy for satisfying customers.
Stay away from this store!!! I guess there’s a reason why places like r&f and Ashely’s are expensive. You get the quality of care you pay for.

Do not go there… They are a bunch of scammers. I went there and bought a nice sectional sofa with a pull out sofabed we even paid extra to have memory foam mattress instead of the regular spring mattress.
We called 2 weeks later to find out that the sofa was on «backorder» and we would have to wait another 2 weeks. My husband and I decided to go to another furniture store to look at other sofas to see if we can get something sooner. When the new store heard about our backorder they decided to check on their computer to see of they item was actually in stock. BAMMM ! My sofa was never on back order, furniture to go had a credit hold! They didn’t pay their bill which was holding back orders. AND COME TO FIND OUT THE SOFA THEY PROMISED ME DIDN’T EVEN COME AS A SOFABED!!. So they lied and took my money making promises they can’t keep!
So When my husband went to get our money back one of the employees were asked to walk him to the back office, but he was So busy eating a danish that he said he didn’t want to get up. MY HUSBAND WAS PISSED AND WALKED HIMSELF TO THE BACK. Terrible terrible service they should go out of business!!! They don’t deserve any star’s
Update– when we originally went to pick up our refund we were told the owner was not in and that we should come back on Monday a check would be waiting for us. Due to work we weren’t able to show up till wensday. When we arrived no check was waiting for us! And no owner! They told us to come back tomorrow (Thursday)
I am so shocked that a business could treat customers this way !

Bed post broke after 2 nights and coffee table hasn’t come in 2 months. But I understand cheap furniture for cheap prices. I get what I paid for.
But the absolute WORST part of this experience was the 15 – 20 times I’ve called about my coffee table and the unfortunate interactions I’ve had to be subjected to. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.
They are quite possibly the rudest group of people I’ve ever encountered. They talk over you and they will certainly cut you off mid sentence. Its quite bizarre. Surprised they get any business at all. The post sale experience you have will NEVER be worth the cheap prices you paid. Looking back, I should have just gone to ikea. They don’t speak or treat their customers like animals there.
We’re all members of society. If you’re having a bad day, thats fine. If you’re having 15 bad days, thats fine too. If you’re having a bad life and projecting it onto your customers… go find a new job and a new self.

Should win an award — For worst customer service!
Bed under frame broke — I don’t blame them for this. However, the process for getting the replacement parts from them has resulted in the most hectic run around and has seriously wasted valuable time.
Jan 31^st– called for warranty replacement parts. Was the parts could be delivered to my apt for a $ 35.00 fee or they would be delivered to the store and ready to pick up on Feb 2^nd. Agreed to pick them up.
Feb 3^rd –called store to confirm delivery. Store confirmed.
Feb 9^th — arranged to borrow a friend’s car to get the parts. When I arrived, the parts were NOT at the store. They apologized and offered to deliver the parts to the apt next day.
Feb 10^th — waited at home during the agreed delivery time slot (6pm-​9pm). Delivery drivers NEVER Came and NEVER called.
Feb 11^th — called the store twice. They promised to call back and never did.
And so it goes. Waiting on another delivery attempt. And the employees had to gall to catch at attitude at us for being angry about this type of treatment. I don’t know how you manage to stay in business over 25 years treating customers like this.
The previous review definitely sounds like an ad for a totally different place. In hindsight, I would have happily gone down the street to shop at Raymore & Flanigan or Ashley Furniture because I’m sure they don’t treat their customers like dirt.

Wow! Horrible horrible horrible! I wish I hadn’t done business with them. We bought a sofa and requested it to be delivered to our apartment, we said that our building has narrow hallways, the salesman, David, said that when there’s a small hallway they disassemble the sofa outside and reassemble it inside, and that delivery includes whatever needs to be done to get it. We purchased it, they were 4 days late, when we called to see what’s going on they tried to push us and additional 10 days, after I threatened to cancel they called and said it will be delivered within 2 days. They arrived Friday, brought it to our doorway and said that to get it in would be extra. Calling the office we were met with yelling, no more the ‘niceness’ we were met with before. We were told it’ll be at least additional $ 150 to get it in. We said we are not interested in it (since that would have made them way more expensive than everyone else) and that we would like a refund. The manager told us that our options are take the sofa and pay up, or he’ll take the sofa and the money and he looks forward to fighting us and that we will never see our money back. I went online to the
and found out they have an ‘F’ rating with them, I filed a complaint, and charged it back, see what happens.
The woman that answers the phone is really rude and so is everybody else. When we first went there there was another client that argued with them, but I didn’t think anything of it, now I wish I had. Bad experience, DON’T BUY!

This is a great place to get amazing deals on brand new furniture and mattresses!
Forget that other place down the road on Flatbush Ave, PAYmore and Shanigan’s. (Raymour & Flanigan) this place works with you and it’s family owned for over 25 years! Two floors filled with home furniturings and the customer service goes above and beyond! The prices are really great too!!!
I highly recommend this place! It’s really close to the Kings Plaza Mall and it has its own parking lot! Save yourself a lot of running around and headaches, go here first.
