They are new so hopefully they will get better. A store like GNC the employees MUST know their products and what seems to sell and doesn’t.
After a summer of good food and drinks, I went in to pick up a 7−10day body cleanse/​detox to jump start my weightloss program and healthy eating. While standing in front of the «body cleanse/​detox» section employee asked me if I needed help. I said yes and told him what I wanted to do and if he could recommend anything. He then proceeded to walk away from that section and take me to hydroxycut. I then told him I don’t want a diet pill. I need a cleanse/​detox. He called whom I assumed was the manager over. By the time the manager got to me I was back in the «body cleanse/​detox» section to try and give them another chance. He then proceeded to just point to the GNC brand which was 1. longer than I wanted and 2. the only one he knew besides a one day drink cleanse. I then pointed to both a 7 and 10 detox and asked for info on those. He could give me nothing. Now if I worked at a GNC I would pay attention to what sold, what didn’t sell, what was returned, and if all else fails look online for customer reviews. But hey everyone isn’t me.
