I had great buying experience when I bought my sons bunk bed set and a living room set. When I googled home theater living room set. They had one I liked so I decided I would purchase from their big freaking mistake. The sales lady Sig called me on Saturday several times while I was at a kids party. On Monday when she called I told her the item I wanted to purchase immediately she knew they did sell it anymore. Whoever was in the background told to look for something similar and email it to me. When I saw the similar item it wasn’t what I wanted so there was no need to call her back. The next day she calls while I’m in a meeting. I wasn’t sure who was calling so I answered the call. She asking what do I want to do I stated I was at work. Her response was yea I know with an attitude at that point I hung up on her. Who ever is the owner need to hire new people attitude of the workers is disgusting. I can’t understand why they feel the need to harass people into buying something. I can see if I owed them money then I can understand the constant calling. For people who are inquiring to purchase the should not be hounded. I ended up going to Raymour and Flanigan and purchase a home theater living room set for way more because they were friend, no pressure and understanding.

Had a horrible experience here and will never EVER set foot in this store again. My husband and I bought a dresser that looked very nice in the store. When it arrived at our house, it was in shambles. Looked NOTHING like the floor model and was falling apart. The front of one of the drawers was not attached, the drawers were warped and not aligned. One positive: the delivery men were very sweet. I called the store to ask for my money back and was told that they would send me a new piece. I explained that I didn’t want a new piece, but that I simply wanted my money back. I was told they would have to charge me a $ 100 «restocking fee” – as if the defective piece of furniture could be restocked? At the suggestion of one of the kind delivery men, I walked right to the store to discuss in person. The first thing I said to the owner/manager/whoever he is was, very calmly, «can we please settle this?» He also wanted to give me a new piece. I explained that I wanted my money back and he refused, saying that HE was going to lose money. I explained that while that is unfortunate, it is not my problem. He TWICE insulted me by telling me that I «think I’m smarter than everyone else» and that I «won’t listen to anyone but myself.» Call me crazy, but getting into a yelling match with the owner/manager of a business AFTERGIVINGTHEMMYBUSINESSANDMONEYANDNOTGETTINGTHEPRODUCTASPROMISED is not my idea of a good time. I ultimately WAS refunded my money in full – only after being insulted, yelled at, and leaving the store in tears.(They called me not 5 minutes after I left and had decided to refund my money.)
