Good, inexpensive American Chinese food establishment. They are always willing to customize your order for you, even cooking something that is not even on the menu. You have your usual selection of food. Some days the food tastes amazing, but other days it’s just meh. Their steamed pork dumplings, for example taste heavenly when they are fresh, but if they are from 2 weeks ago, they taste mediocre. If you want a quality meal and fast, within 5 minutes, this is the place for you!
The line «come with free soda, whaddaya want?» always cracks me up!

This is Chinese take out, so you should take it for what it is. If you are expecting groundbreaking culinary masterpieces, you should think about heading out to a 5 star restaurant specializing in Asian cuisine.
However, for take out this is really good! Food is always fresh and hot when I get it, their dumplings are really great for the price that you pay, and best of all it is REALLY FAST. When I order the food online, it isn’t uncommon for it to get to me 10 – 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled delivery time. Definitely the quickest delivery I have ever had!

If you put up greasy food and unfriendly attitude, then you found the right place, but before that you should use the toilet at home, because they will not let customers use the restroom

This place isn’t that bad. It’s the closest Chinese restaurant to my house, and I usually order from there when I want something quick and affordable. I usually get chicken lo mein, or the fried chicken wings with fries, and they’re pretty good. It’s definitely not one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area, but it’s decent, and the prices are really cheap.

On the front of their menu they tell you that the dishes are prepared by a extraordinary culinary expert chef. Don’t believe it! the food is totally bland and it all tastes the same. There is no discerning difference between dishes except for the texture. My husband had the «shrimp with lobster sauce» and it was like soup. We ordered the house special lo mein and I can tell you there was not one piece of meat in it or any vegetables. And it was swimming in cold sauce… bland of course. The only thing that was worth eating was the white sticky rice and the egg rolls.
So do yourself a favor and save your money, don’t eat at the Golden Place…

This place is as good as it gets for Chinese take out. A true staple of my go to delivery menu’s. Very cheap and very good for an old standby. Also the Egg Rolls are probably the best I have had. Plus they deliver in almost 10 minutes flat.
