This is the only time I have ever walked out without getting the manicure done.
The woman was completely, utterly clueless. She couldn’t even file a nail that was perfectly shaped before the started on it. She attempted to pick at dry skin without soaking it with a nipper. AVOID!
This was the only place empty in the whole neighborhood, and I thought — how bad can it be? You’re in for a surprise!
