Words can’t describe how good these mini cakes are. The first time I had it was at an Urban Daddy pop up store, and it blew my mind away. Every bite was perfect. Their butter cake is my favorite, but other flavors are amazing too. You have to TRY!!!

Speechless! My friends and I tried the original and chocolate yesterday at Brooklyn Bridge Park, and well I think there was record silence after the first bite. Yum Yum Yum. Very sweet, but the bite is really just a enough to make you suuppper happy!
Will def. try again!!! AWESOME and MAGICAL!

Just tried their cake at Brooklyn Flea and pretty much tried all their flavors. Ever since Ample Hills ice cream, I discovered ooey gooey cake and it became my favorite flavor because of the cake. I had to try Gooey and Co’s cake. They were bite sized pieces 3 for $ 5. They were so moist and gooey, my mouth is watering thinking of them. ALL the flavors were good, but I thought their butter cake was the best. I would probably get their carrot and chocolate too next time.

As a notorious sweets addict, I headed to smorgasburg to see all the food they offered. After some extensive laps around the food area I came to gooey and co to try their gooey bits.
I had the original, banana, and carrot flavored ones. AMAZING. perfect small bites. Fresh and soft and delicious. Not overly sweet and to top it off the man who was running the booth was a total sweetheart. Cut a piece too small and then gave me two because of the size.

Wow, I’d been wanting to try Ooey Gooey Cake for years, but didn’t necessarily want to travel all the way to St. Louis to try it. When I saw this spot at Smorgaburg, I was very excited. After trying the actual cakes, I did not leave disappointed — they are moist, rich and buttery. I tried their «flight» of ooey gooey cakes and had their traditional, chocolate and banana and everything tasted great.
They arrive as small bite-​size pieces, but you understand why they are small since each one is very rich.
These unique desserts are worth a try!
