Very poor customer service and unprofessional. Take my advice and save your stress by taking your business elsewhere. When I first went in to look at furniture, the owner was very inattentive, tending to his own duties of the store instead of helping me(the customer). When I finally ordered the couch, I was told that I would receive a call upon ordering of the couch as well as arrival in the store. I received no calls. First day of delivery, the owner was to call me to notify me if I would be receiving the delivery(no call). Second day of delivery, I received no call once again and had to call myself to confirm. Several times I had to go back to the store because I honestly did not trust them via phone. One of the times, I wanted to cancel my order and replace it with a different couch. The owner told me to come back later and that he was«too busy». Obviously I wanted to take care of it then and there, so I insisted. He then went off on a rant saying that«this is your day off» and«I am working,» which was completely uncalled for. Terrible experience, strongly advise to go to a store that is more professional and work with someone who cares more about the customer.

I only give this location 2 stars simply because they dont try to help you after a month of purchasing. I entered here and bought a bedroom set, and 2 storage sofas. They are pretty pricey to say the least but i atleast had the option of enrolling in their credit compaby synchrony bank. The guys delivered my items in june. I wish i would have watched them put the items together. I would have known at that point that the material is very weak. I ended up having to replace my bed(footboard and headboard) because it was actually cracking and starting to seperate. This happened in october. I called them back and they told me that i didnt purchase an extended warranty and there was nothing they could do. I mean really? I had this thing for less than 4 months. Fine. I also noticed that none of the drawers on the night tables and dressers closed properly. Again i was told that they could not help because they receieved the furniture that wau and its possible the wood is warped. Fine. I let it go. 1 week ago i noticed that the storage sofa/futon was no longer firm in some locations and i started to hear the springs unhinge. So i called today asking about store warranty and i was told that i need my papers from the order and i had to see if i had purchased an extended warranty, without that, they couldn’t help me. I will he honest. I dont think i was ever offetef an extended warranty but still you would think that since i spent a good amount of money there, they would help. But that was not the case. I asked of they had my info on file and the guy said that they dont enter things like that in the computer and they only have papet files and he cant look up my file. I asked why not and he simply answered that it didntbwork that way. I could tell by the voice that he wasnt the guy who sold me the items. I wont be returning to this location. No help at all and sadly the material in the items i bought are not durable.

Awesome service especially In this day and age. Good values and quality. I just purchased a sofa bed but I’m moving to a larger apartment and can’t wait to go back to get some stuff. I compared many other stores and this place had the most selections and in stock so I got it the same day, slept on it that night ! Plus they took away the old broken futon that i had
