GREYS GYM’s unique philosophy approaches personal training holistically. We are primarily committed to alleviating painful, dysfunctional, or inefficient movement.
Our clients become self-assured in their bodies by learning the skills to identify and correct their own muscular tension and movement inefficiency.
This work is woven into the use of: breathing exercises, active and passive mobility work, flexibility work, foam rolling, calisthenics, kettlebells, olympic-lifting, high intensity interval training, TRX, resistance bands, and more to achieve our clients’ fitness goals.
For those clients unable to train with us in our space, we provide at-home fitness program writing utilizing the GREYS philosophy.

At Greys Gym, we work with a philosophy of exercise and movement training that considers someone’s self-conception, emotional environment, and movement patterns as a unique interrelated and dependent system. Instead of approaching biomechanical deficiency or dysfunction in a traditional manner – simply identifying and correcting the physiological source – we aim to help people internalize the implications of new movement patterns so they may benefit in general well being.
